Oh gee. I thought you were going to address the issue of bad credit! Even if you have great cash flow and proof, they won't rent to you if you're not in good standing credit-wise. I am beside myself to imagine what that has to do with anything. Would you comment? I thought it could be against the law to reject an applicant for that reason alone as long as the renter had proof of work and could show proof employment and rate of pay. What could credit possibly have to do with it? Help! Please!

I did address bad credit. Use an llc. It’s basically a clean slate. But you can repair your credit. (That’s a longer video and not my expertise)

How exactly do you rent with a business like what do you put on the rental application?

@@meliocredit9541 You use the name of the business. A lot of landlords ask for your name on the lease as well as a personal guarantee so it doesn't always work. A much easier option is to just rent in your name and move all your personal assets into a LLC. That way if you got evicted the landlord couldn't sue to take your car or garnish your income because it's protected.

How'd it go?

I had decided not to go along with it. In six months later, I found one bedroom luxury apartment that accept my bad credit. Once they checked Experian instead of TransUnion. I was approved pay 2000 for security and pay $819 month plus $30 for water bill charged with rent. Utilities was separate between $20 to no more than $40 bucks. Approximately I was paying between $849 to no more than $890.
