I use Fenugreek in hair teas, masks and infused Ayuvedic hair oils! Henna Sooq is my go to supplier for everything! It definitely works! My thin spots have filled in! I no longer have that wide part!
I love mixing fenugreek powder with aloe powder in water and spritz it on when I’ve used too many drying Ayurvedic herbs. It moisturizes w/o weighing hair down!
Fenugreek is one of my favorites! I make a prepoo with fenugreek, aloe and hibiscus preferred powders. First learned about fenugreek from sherea del sol 😉
Geez, where do I start! I make fenugreek water and drink it. Some of that water I use to spritz my scalp and hair, which I love. I think it makes my hair look thicker, more voluminous when it dries, and my hair doesn't feel dry. I take the seeds that were soaked in the water and blend and use this with your Sukesh powder, even though it already contains it, , or use it with amla, add coconut oil and use as a mask. I try to get it in wherever I can. I just started using it about 2M ago, so I haven't seen lots of difference yet, but I'm sticking with it. My hair is super long, but it's thin and that's why I'm using it
I like using fenugreek in my growth oil (Curly Proverbz recipe) in a spritz and I really enjoyed the zizyphus mask. I used it last week for the challenge because I didn’t have my products yet but I used the sweet honey gloss bar today for the first time ever and I wish I would have purchased more of them. I think I’ll try the fenugreek Alma mask next week for the challenge. This is so much fun 🤩
Yes Khadijah I love the fenugreek I like to use the powder in the oil and I let it sit and then I kind of straighten it out the best I can and then I use the oil as a heavy oil treatment and then I let it sit for 45 minutes and wash it out, and I love the results
I use fenugreek seeds to make tea I drink, and also tea infused with kalonji seeds for hair. Then i make fenugreek oil using olive oil as my base oil. I also mix the fenugreek oil with my other diy oils- made from cloves, neem&brahmi oil, to make an ayurvedic hair growth oil. I also infuse my diy oils with essential oils. I use ayurvedic herbs and powders on my natural 4C hair
I’ve been looking and loving your videos and products for YEARS! I’m going to go back to fenugreek. I’m trying to Goddess powder, an oil infusion and (a few years ago), I used to drink fenugreek water, so I’ll be going back to that as well. It smells like maple syrup, but if you drink the water like I did it started to make me smell like syrup too🤣, so I cute back a little then stopped. Even thought I stopped (because I was focused on using Chebe powder), I still love all the benefits of fenugreek and Chebe. I have serious hair goals.
I love to use it in the Goddess Hair Mask. I also made it in a hair oil. I look forward to using the fenugreek powder I bought from Henna Sooq in a mask. Great recipes and tips. Thank you Khadijah!💜
Greetings from East Texas! I LOVE all the fabulous information and products. QUESTION: I am 65. Hair is Salt / Pepper to the shoulders. It is thinning on both sides of my Widow’s peak… considerably…. But new hair growth coming in. WHICH hair products would you recommend for me to START with? Goal is growth stimulation and healthy fullness. Thank you SO much!
Your voice is sooo soothing. I have been stalking your products for awhile now and I'm finally ready to pull the trigger. I want to sign up for your courses and purchase the package. Do you offer additional assistance if I have questions while going through the course?
My daughter and I both have my bio-dad's hair: thin, fine, wavy, and breaks/tangles easily! My daughter's hair is to her butt, but it's really difficult to keep it long the way she loves it because either it mats up in these huge knots, or I have to brush it every day and it snaps and breaks.
@@lec7350 I do keep it braided most of the time, until she's old enough to learn to take care of it herself. :) But I've noticed ponytails or buns seem to make it break off at the back of her head. She's sad because her daddy always wears his hair in a bun (his is also to his butt), and she wanted to be like him (but he has beautiful, thick, strong hair of course lol).
I tried soaking fenugreek and black seed in a cup of warm water overnight; then draining the water and using it as hair spray. I cooked the seeds till soft and blended them to thick paste. I used the paste as a mask for 30 min before washing my hair. I;ll have to see as it's hard to say from one application. My hair is falling out like crazy.
HS I have a question 🙋♀️ I have the powder which would make a mask right ? Must I wash or rinse this mask off the hair -- so like do I have to or can I leave it on like a spritz or spray ?? Plz help & respond- thank you 🙏🏽 in advance
I use fenugreek powder in my smoothie and coffee. I use the seeds to make a tea and drink it straight. I recently starting making a mask with the powder. Question: how often can I use the mask in my hair. Like for actual henna, fenugreek plus all other great powders you have? Can I use the weekly?
Hello. My hair is starting to thin out and that scares me as i have always had thick hair. I have never used dye just shampoo and conditioner.... Pls suggest something i can use to have thick hair again and maybe to grow my hair too. 🙏
Hello. We recommend these products to start with: hennasooq.com/collections/hair-growth and this regimen as well: hennasooq.com/collections/hair-growth/products/ayurvedic-hair-strength-and-growth-6-week-regimen
hi Khadija can i use Goodness hair if my hair is dye with chemicals? im trying to prepare my hair before i use henna for the first time. and i also will like to know how long should i wait to dye my hair with Henna
Hi!!! Morning. Yes absolutely all of our products are safe with chemical treatments or color. Even henna. You won’t have to wait. Can’t wait to hear and see how it turned out for you!! 🫶🏽
Hello. We do not recommend that you buy from your local Indian or Middle Eastern markets as you won't know how long the powder has been on the shelf nor of the quality.
Anybody can tell me if doing amla masks or using amla oil can effect the color of your hennaed hair? I love amla but I'm afraid of darkening my newly colored hair...
I have used amla and found it darkens my hair (didn't want at the time), but it alo felt stronger. So now I use less of it in a henna mix or less often while still maintaining the benefits.
@@AaAa-nd9mg how long can I keep the water before it spoils & do I have to store in fridge or can I keep it at room temperature? Thanks for your reply in advance
Why is it that the fenugreek I use does not smell like maple syrup? No matter how much I use in product or a mask, my husband tells me I smell like curried sausages. Not maple syrup smelling at all...
yes i needed this my hair has been falling so much as i'm stressed but also it's not stro. i have been trying ayurvedic recipes also dyed my hair with henna and a lot fell out due to the process i'm hopung what grows back will be stronger i am gonna try this recipe but if anyone has any other tip will appreciate any help tahnk you. Xx
Henna can be drying for many ppl depending on your hair type. Henna is too strong for me to use alone, so I use only about a teaspoon with other Ayurveda herbs like amla and fenugreek. And also add an oil, or oils, to it. Some ppl mix it with yogurt or coconut milk, but I eat those and don't want to use them for hair! But that may help you. I think in general, it sounds like you need some "moisture" with the Henna of you use it again
@@ellec1009 Hello. Always use a deep conditioner with a heating or plastic cap after a Henna treatment. Also, get your Iron & Vitamin D checked by your Doctor. A deficiency in either of those nutrients will cause your hair to thin or fall out.
Does fenugreek leaves bits in your hair if you don't strain it. I have sisterlocks and I can't afford to use products that leave bits behind. This happened to me before with fresh aloe vera as I didn't know then that I would have to strain it. Also do aloe vera hibiscus or amla powders leave bits in your hair?
@Aunt Saucey Cut them close to the stem. Most of the beneficial nutrients are found at the base of the leaves. Avoid the roots. Wash and dry the leaves. Trim the prickly edges with a knife. Using a knife or your fingers, separate the interior gel from the outside of the leaf. The interior gel is the part of the aloe that you’ll use. Allow the yellow sap to drain from the leaf. This is the aloe vera latex. If you plan to use the latex, you can catch this in a container. If you’re not planning to use the latex, you can dispose of it. Cut the aloe gel into slices or cubes
ila lai you can buy Henna Sooq products in the UK from a company called Naturalistic products, I'm from Ireland and that's where I buy my Henna Sooq products from. Hope this helps 🙏 🇮🇪
A great idea for you to see the "proof" would be to look at all the reviews on her website. Her religious beliefs might be different than what you're accustomed to, but they should still be respected and not questioned. Have a great day!
Assalamu alaykum Can I get the same results from drinking the tea ? Will it help hair growth, I am going to try the masks also . I have the fenugreek seeds
