About Pai:
Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the RU-vid channel Pailin's Kitchen.
Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her "playtime" in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
After working in both Western and Thai professional kitchens, she decided that her passion really lies in educating and empowering others to cook at home via RU-vid videos, her cookbook, and cooking classes. She currently lives in Vancouver, and goes to Thailand every year to visit her family. Visit her at hot-thai-kitchen.com

For the second to last one that she made, I experimented with putting it in an air fryer. Came out very good. All of them are great!

2 more options which I like to do, especially for frying: - fold one edge halfway over the filling, fold in the sides, roll up to the other edge - similar to above but start by folding one corner over the filling, fold in the right & left corners, roll up to the last corner (flatten a bit to make a shape like an envelope)

Thanks for sharing the method are great. Unfortunately the first method mention did not work for me so ill another method next time. It's only my second try. Half cooking the chicken before well season actually have us wanting more. 😋

#3 is Italian tortellini (or ravioli) from Bologna; #4 Italian ravioli from Torino.

Question here! I can imagine that you can freeze them But my question is You fry them directly from the freezer or you need to thawed them first Does somebody know?

Won't the first and the last one pop open easily while cooking? My family folds it the chinese gold way.. but extra water at the side is not needed since it will already hold nicely with water in corner.

***** i only use the first one and the stickiness of the filling is enough to hold the wonton.

Then you need a life. You complain yet haven't asked a question to even be complaining about. In the RU-vid community, if you leave a question, sometimes others answer it before a video creator and then there's no need for the special attention from the creator that you seek.
