I was in the gym and suddenly I had a feeling that my ex gf is at the nearest Spars with her flatmates in a black outfit. I wanted to see her, as the heart wants what it wants. I just walked out, went to the spars and saw there was no sign of her. When I turned back to return I saw her coming with her flatmates wearing a black jacket. Another day, I was coming back from the gym to my complex, and I had an instinct that I would see her waiting for a cab in the gate wearing her favourite pink hoodie. Guess what, she was there. Though, both the incidents happened a month apart it baffled me. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. 🇿🇦

Many times I have this weird moment where if I get a random panic attack it ends up being me feeling my friend from Israel. So I message him and he's astonished I felt him. I never have met him in person, which is bizarre we have such a connection.

I get lots of feelings like someone is touching me or my hair. I usually drive without my stereo on, because that's when I speak to the Universe and say my Gratitudes. But when I turn my stereo on just before I'm approaching my job, a love song or a song that has meaningful words to "feelings" is playing and the next song too!!

It’s not that complicated, it’s the same as anything else, just actively change your mental focus on to something else… your mind can only focus on one thing at a time… eventually you just re pattern your thoughts… once you get skilled you can actually use naturally occurring thoughts as a trigger to think about something more beneficial, which is essentially how hypnotism works.
First, completely accept whatever thoughts about the person in question may arise. Offer no resistance. Second, just watch. You are not your thoughts - they are just what is currently arising in your awareness. You are the observer. Be the witnessing presence that watches the thoughts come and go. Third, turn further inward and ask yourself - what beliefs must I have to be thinking of anyone or anything in an obsessive way. Do I feel incomplete or lacking in some way? What ideas have I attached to this person or situation? The truth is there is no person, thing or experience that will make you feel permanently complete and end your suffering for good. We believe “if only x, y, or z would happen, then I’ll be happy.” This is because we are disconnected from the Source of who we really are. Realize that YOU are what you’re looking for, YOU are the love you so desire. Your first relationship is with yourself. Love yourself unconditionally and you will automatically attract a reflection of that idea in some way, shape or form. Drop all your expectations for why you think it should come in a certain way and let it surprise you in the way that it comes.
This happens with my mom often. I think about something I want to mention to her and when we see each other or talk on the phone it turns out she has the same thing she wants to talk about. But this is easy to confirm due to our great communication which I’m thankful for but I can’t pin point if it’s the same case when I think of others outside my immediate family

I used to have the same dream over & over again abt someone frm my past. It happened within the timespan of 4yrs & it was weird bc they would be in it among abunch of other unknown ppl but they wouldnt say anything to me they would just ignore me & i wpuld wake up asking why are u in my dreams if ur just gonna ignore me?! But over time those dreams just stopped
