Jesse McDougall, together with his wife Cally run @Studiohillvt, a 5th generation family farm and farm stay in Shaftsbury, Vermont.
Jesse said before they got into the farm stay business they had 3 off-farm jobs to compensate for the losses from farming. To pay off some loans, they decided to put a farm cottage on Airbnb. It was instantly popular and they were able to pay off the loans in the first year!
