Thank you very much for making videos on these topics, they're extremely helpful. May you please tell which brands' water bottles are safe, from which water can be consumed on a regular basis, preferably affordable for middle class people? Plastic bottles are toxic you mentioned, but l'm confused about alternatives. I do use a 1 l copper bottle to drink copper charged water in the morning but fear using it all day owing to copper toxicity.
Draupadi was considered one of the most beautiful woman and she was extremely dark skinned. Because of her dark skin tone she was also nicknamed Krsnaa. It is only due to British colonization that Indians became obsessed with a white skin.
Do you how many remedies Ayurveda offers to lighten skin tone? And I’m sure you know Ayurveda came much before than Britishers! Lol! Also, did you see Draupadi with your own eyes?
@@PY-vh6in You're saying this because you haven't read actual scripture. Brightening skin tone doesn't equal to whitening. It can simply mean de-tanning and getting rid of pigmentation.
@@sanskrutibarot9796 what is the ‘actual’ scripture? Have you read it? It clearly mentions how to make skin fair, and there are thousands of remedies for that. Verify with any vaid and you’ll understand what I’m saying. Not only this, even astrology calls Venus the most beautiful planet bcs it’s white in color, and Saturn the ugliest bcs it’s black. So clearly it doesn’t have anything to do with Britishers.
@@PY-vh6in ok but why did you bring planets in this? i know venus is planet of love and beauy etc... but pls take a note. BLACK IS NOT UGLY, EVERY COLOR IS BEAUTIFUL IN ITS OWN WAY. i know you are saying fact but i guess majority don't use whitening cream anymore

Also women ought to avoid padded bras. The polymide fabric in the inner side of the bra disallow the breast skin to breathe. My personal assessment mostly those ending up with breast cancer have been known to use padded synthetic fabric bras for larger parts of their active day and over a long time.
Thanks for this super informative video. As a woman in her 20s, I like how you, as a man, shone light on these issues pertaining to women and presented them in a professional and clean manner backed by solid research. Regards from India and Seattle, Washington. 🇺🇲 🇮🇳

Please indian people listen, I am from Europe and we have tanning creams in my country, which means creams to be BROWNER! First time I came to India and I saw withening creams I was so surprise as its the total oposite than in Europe where people try to be under the sun as much as possible to look browner. Your skin color is so beautiful you have to understand this whole fearness thing, just happens in some parts of Asia, due to a HUGE BRAINWASH. Its all a brainwash, it's not about actual beauty. In all other parts of the world brown skin is seen as sexy and beautiful. Some beauty standards do make sense because it has to do with health and fertility. For example, it makes sense that its more atractive somebody on shape than somebody who is not in a good shape, because a fit body indicates health. That makes sense. The skin color thing, doesn't. Its just a social brainwash. Biologically nobody would naturaly feel more atracted to one skin color or another. Maybe if somebody looks too pale biologically it could even be less atractive as it indicates sickness or low iron sometimes. So this skin color thing is as absurd as if you were told that you have to... Have blue feet and that is very attractive. Or as absurd as some trendy clothes which sometimes doesnt even look good on people but because its on tv and movies, people starts wearing it. We are all easily programable. But those social programs are not the reality and you just need to take a plane to another country to see it! Edit: By that I mean that , rules change from country to country, I didnt mean we somehow have truth in the West! Our tanning creams are also absurd and not what actual beauty is about! What I meant is that a simple change of location can change " the rules" because the rules are not " real" are not about beauty but about brainwash from diferent industries. I have been brainwashed TOO to think that I should turn my white skin into a faked tanned skin. That is what I meant yet some many people got ofended thinking I mean that we in the West are cooler or something and have the truth 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I am literally married to an indian and I adore India and it's culture I didn't mean that AT ALL. I was just trying to make enphasis about how this skin color thing is a social construct related to economical interests EVERYWHERE. In my country also! Then I come to India and I see there is diferent skin rules. Because its not about actual beauty but about cosmetic industry making profit. They make profit in Europe with tanning creams! Its the same thing. My mum's generation was in huge risk of skin cancer because of how many hours they spend under the sun trying to get a tanned skin, they would get red ( burned) and peel it off to make it look browner. That is how absurd it is too in Europe! That is what I meant! I meant to let you know about the diferent beauty rules of my country, NOT because those rules are better🤦♀️ just because I wanted to point out those rules change from place to place and are not universal or related to biological natural atraction. I hope you can understand my point. Sometimes I feel in those channels if you writte something as a foreigner like " hello" you immediatly get responses like " you think you are better huh???" And its like... omg I didnt mean that at all how can anyone take it in this kind of way?😅 I was literally just saying brown skin is sexy in my country and people do crazy things to get it. Just sharing this info guys thats it. I am not even from England my ancestors didnt colonize India or anything like that😅😅 I don't know why should we hate each other. Please relax and lets learn all from each other Love for you all💕
The thing is like many things, life is about economics of demand and supply. In India majority are of dark complexion so a rarer white skin seems more likable and vice versa happens in countries with white population (yearning for tan). Unfortunately many people don't really understand this and are either too consumed by the products that brands sell or are ones that see racism or colorism in literally everything. But in reality it's just simple economics and should be treated as it is with everyone embracing their natural complexion.
@@ayzu7670 yes I totally agree. In Europe whitening creams wont sell because majority is white. So then they say you have to be brown so all woman would buy that. We should all understand this stuff has nothing to do with true beauty and atraction. As I am very white people adviced me to be under the sun a lot so I could look better. But under the sun I just looked like a lobster 🦐 so I passed😂 I decided I looked better with my natural skin color. Also sun is super damaging. I just think this trend is very heavy in India so I hope we all dare to embrace our natural beauty. Most of the times you look way better if you dont change much your natural hair color, and skin color.
@@mayanksingh.13 do you? Ooh I didn't know that, sorry about it. It's indeed very absurd. I am from Spain, I have indian friends there who didn't face much racism, but I guess that can happen sometimes because some stupid people may be afraid of the diferent, or threaten by what is diferent than them, or afraid to lose their job because of talented people coming from outside and increasing the competition. 😬 hopefully soon humanity will evolve more.
I'm glad you think abt female's health as well. Thank you. Pls make more of such videos. Also if u can make special video on all tips of skin care hair care and total helath care
Thankgod we have influencers like him who clearly tells us issues which are avoided to be discussed and people despite of telling youngsters about them hesitate and coin them as gandi baatein ya cheez
Please make more videos on women's health. As we all know that more than men, women are exposed to so many chemicals that are so harmful to the body. It would be great if you make more videos like this. Thank you very much for this video ❤️❤️ God bless you ✨

Due to experience, I've stopped using face creams (night cream, get-rid-of-acne cream etc) The fact that these creams actually work but when you stop using it (when it gets over) a lot of pimples and dark spots appear on your skin which leaves you to buy the product once more. It's the cream itself doing the work that once you stop using it, your skin conditions worsens. The best alternative would be coconut oil and aloe vera gel ( if it's pure gel than with added ingredients from canned ones)
Whenever i see people saying don't use this or that, I don't see them giving alternatives but I love how u give alternatives and tell why these are bad, a truly amazing youtuber
But why women are dependent on a utuber or aren't they aware of these problem. These are very common issues and can be solved without anyone's interference ..itni choti choti chizo ko bhi mudda bna diya. 😒 You should care about yourself
@@Vd_prabhat dunno y ppl feel jealous 😆😆😆....these things might seem simple but can transform every women's lives in a positive way ... definitely I will appreciate vivek efforts to spread this awareness
Thank you Vivek. 🙂Hope this video of yours will definitely change someone's life. I don't use any of the five things mentioned in the video here. I have a 10 year old daughter and I don't have a single body problem. Eating on time and exercising are two things that I do very diligently, this is the only mantra for a healthy and happy life.👍 keep it up bro.
Exactly...when he last time mentioned about VCare...I was hospitalised due to severe urinary track infection by using VCare...now I used it to clean the bathroom....it works wonders on tiles n taps...so we can imagine the dangerous chemicals included....
I only use loofah out of these 5 things. Was thinking to throw it away for a long time but after buying a natural substitute for it. Your video prompted that it's enough of thinking. I paused it, went to the bathroom, grabbed my loofah and threw it in the bin. Resumed watching the video and feels soooo good 😁
Good job. Although instead of throwing you could have made a hanging basket of it so that it doesn't end up in landfill. See plastic doesn't die do better use it in some way that it doesn't goes to soil and water. One more thing as our skin doesn't need scrubbing daily. 10-15 days you can use this - red masoor dal(without skin) grind it , make a fine paste. Soak it in milk for 15-20 minutes and if you have oily skin then add lemon to the mix, about a spoonful of lemon to 2-3 spoon Dal. Then use it as scrub all over including face. Mind it powder should be fine. You will be amazed by the results. If you have too much pimples then do not use any kind of scrub. Or soak it in water and lemon with half a spoon of milk only. Good luck

I'm a 20 year old Female, and back in my teenager years I badly wanted to use all cosmetics and what not. Lol the urge was soo huge. But since I come from a typical conservative Indian family, I dint have neither the liberty nor money to buy those! Bless my stars. Lol. As I grow up, I started realizing how blessed it is, to live in line with the nature. These are something I had been following in my life for years. 1. Normal bras. No bras during nighttime. Naturally blessed with enough size lmao, so never had the need for any pushups :p 2. Instead of fairness cream, I follow Indian natural skincare routine, which includes: rosewater, rawmilk, green moongpowder , Besan, haldi, sandlepowder, Rice powder, Alovera. I make my own toner, shampoo, Lip color , Hair oil, Kajal, Hair mask, conditioner, Facemask from kitchen ingredients. All 100% Natural . 3. Never used loofahs. I scrub my body using my hand lol. 4. Good balanced vegetaian diet, with greens, fruits and vegetables, Dates, almonds, kismis - compensated my use of vitamin tablets. Would you belive if I say I have never had Pizza, Burger in my 20years of existence? 5. I used to do keratin treatment, protien treatment for my hair naturally at home every 3 weeks once. Try it, it'll give amazing results. Add on : I include : Pranayam, yoga, Intermeriite Fasting, Walking/Jogging (30mins), meditation, Body Detoxification process, suryanamaskar, Daily affirmations, and Modest comfortable dressing. I read hanuman chalisa and Aadhitya Hridhayam every day and practice gratitude. It's very difficult to lead a healthy lifestyle in the 21st century. But once if you start in cultivating it, there's no way going back. I thankfully, by gods grace was able to follow it. And thus never visited doctor since the past 6-7 years. Touch wood. The only exception was when I went to a hospital was for vaccination :p I have healthy, painless, crampless, 4-5 day period in a regular timeframe. I belive our lifestyle is an important factor for this. I have shared my 2 cents of information. Thank you, Vanakkam🙏 Happy new year friends :) Edit: Thank you for the appreciation. means a lot. A lot of you in the comments had been asking how I make my own products. Well that's a detailed process and cant really explain well through writing. Earlier I used to get those creepy thoughts whenever i see or hear about breast, bras, periods etc but now i feel that just like we men have nipples but our task is not to feed an infant, but for the women they have to feed for the growth of their infant . Also i used to think about the periods, why only girls have to suffer because of it, but they are the one chosen to lead a new life on this planet and nurture it further on. Our beloved god has assigned a perticular task to every living and non living being and we are no one to change it. So, over a period of time after starting nofap, now i started normalising all these things in my mind and i don't even think bad about all these😇🙏 kudos to all females. And Vivek bhaiya changed my life, prospect, goals and a lot in me and wish it should help everyone out here

I wanted to undergo Keratin treatment in the past but gladly stopped that thought after some research. Still thanx for yet another useful video :3
5:27 Well.....We have been using this since decades. Everytime we visit my village we bring loads of them with us. They are really abundant in my village and grow everywhere. I get amused while i see this natural loofah at a supermarket selling at almost ₹200 per piece😂
I really appreciate your videos. I know I'm not your target audience, but there are a lot of similarities between us because I'm of Jamaican heritage, and there is Indian influence in the culture. :)
As a Indian I'm super excited about your videos, there is way too much colorism in the South Asian community and the West, brown is very beautiful!! We don't need to bleach " brighten" lighten our skin to be beautiful!! The Creator likes brown look how many countries cultures people families have Brown... We must recognize we are all gifts and treasures waiting to be found until then we just shine and shine bright!! Ha ha la la
I have never understood why someone with darker skin would want to lighten their skin. White people pay big bucks to have darker skin. If you have darker than white skinned person, you have desirable colored skinned. Be proud no matter the tone. Your beautiful. 😉
My skin tone is dark, And I proud on myself 😎 Do you know, people who have physical intentions never come closer to me with that intention and I am completely surrounded by positivity and the people who judge a person by his talent not for his color!! I always thanks the God for providing this filter in my life that filters the kindness and positive mentality to me and through away the mean people automatically😉😊 People respect me for what I am, this is only because I respect myself 😎
Cool but as u said "ppl who have physical intention never come closer to u" let me tell u it's their problem that they don't find ur skintone attractive(good that they don't harass u) I hope u don't feel that way for urself. Dark skin tones are very beautiful and u shouldn't be thinking they are not.
I think the fact that you are less likely to develop skin cancer is more than bonus enough. People who think dark skin is bad clearly do not understand how it aided our ancestors. Darker skin is only bad if its due to sun damage, skin irritation, dehydration and dryness.
I just started with keratin treatment. Shocked to know about the side effects. Thank you so much for this information. Will immediately stop it and go the natural way.🎉

I am so proud of myself for not using any of these and being an extreme minimalist. Beside soap, I use nothing for my hair and body. Not even creams. Also, I find dark skin to be so much attractive and beautiful and the best part its so low maintenance.
@@ascetic77 i have fair skin and no it is not high maintenance , all skin colors are same . maintenance just depends on the type of skin you have [ example - acne prone skin etc ] . i have naturally fair and dry skin and i have 1 or 2 pipmles ocassionaly moatly when i am about to have my periods , and i just wash my face with a face wash or dove soap then apply johson's baby cream even tho i am 17 yo [ i have been using it since i was very samll and never changed it because i never felt the need to] and i have started using sunscreen as it is very important for our skin not just to avoid tanning but also to prevent fast aging and chances of skin cancer.

Finally someone saying something positive about dark skin. Everywhere I look people are talking about skin bleaching or I see women with darker skin bleaching their skin. There are a lot of videos demonstrating how to bleach your skin then the final results. Dark skin is beautiful and doesn't need to be bleached. You don't have to have her skin to be gorgeous. This is just society brainwashing everyone into thinking that in order to be beautiful you have to look a certain way. That's complete bs. We're all made different and beauty comes in different forms. Everyone with dark skin, be comfortable and confident because your skin is beautiful. Don't bleach it.
Amazing video ❤️ Eagerly waiting for a video on pregnancy as many women are facing issues with it. what could be the right age to conceive, lactation problems etc..
5:17. Another alternative to loofah- ask the greengrocer or a veggie gardener for a ridge gourd/ zucchini which has dried while on the plant. Makes for an excellent eco- friendly, non toxic and very effective loofah!
The alternative for keratin treatment is really helpful for me. I tried that and now my hair is so shiny smooth and frizz free. Your videos really helps a lot .
First -Fairness cream 2 tbsp gram flour 2 tbsp curd Pinch of turmeric powder 1 tbsp Sandal wood powder 1 tbsp honey 15 ml Rose water Mix well and apply it leave for 30 mnt and wash it with cool water Second- soak green Moong Daal 2 tbsps and 30 ml raw milk over ni8 and grind scrub it all over the body and wash
I went to a dermatologist for skin tanning issues. He gave me a skin lightening cream for that. It gave good results for short term but had a very bad effect on my skin for long term. Moreover, the tan isn't removed after that.

I'm glad for all these. I would request you to bring in more and more women related videos.. Thank you!!! Happy new year and may god bless you
To be honest among the people I know.....I am the only one who doesn't use any fairness cream......I often get criticized for that.....but still.....even I don't prefer make up too 😅
As a black woman I always marvel at how ignorant people are when it comes to beauty. Imagine how it could make one feel to hear dark people are not beautiful. That would mean a whole continent full of ugly people? How is that even possible. I believe that there are all kinds of Beauty and I will never conform to what someone else’s idea of what beauty is. I love myself. I love who I am. I love how I look. Loving myself and loving others as they are are the most beautiful things in this whole world. That’s beauty
I am a white woman who has always been envious of the lovely variety of skin tones that black and Indian people have they are beautiful . I am always pale and rarely tan.

Proud to have a real man like you on the Earth who studied about women this deep and provided us knowledge to avoid the mistakes that we do in our lives and get a healthy and perfect lifestyle. Thank you dear VIVEK... Keep going 🤗
Wired bras are pathetic. I remember I had worn one, one day in college. It was the worst decision. There was a constant inexplicable pain and I felt choked, literally. I was going to the washroom and releasing myself to get some breath and relieve the pain. I couldn't concentrate in my class, nor could talk, walk or even sit comfortably even for a second. I returned home and just threw them and decided that never in my life I'm gonna wear a wired bra! I don't understand how to people wear it, it's really not a good idea. Later, when I read about its hazards, I could relate and felt good that I took the right decision. As for the other products, thank God I'm away from them. Thank you Vivek for talking about such topics.. ❤️
I wanted to get a keratin treatment for the longest time now! Not that my hair needs it. I was just trying to flip my naturally curly hair to that perfect shiny straight picture perfect situation. After watching this video I've realised it's sometimes better to not always try and change what we have, will definitely give the raw milk and lemon a try♡

Hi Vivek, thanks for this video. Was indeed shocked after seeing #1 (keratin treatment). I recently did it for the first time from a branded salon, got good results without any issues, and was thinking of continuing this at least twice a year but now after learning about the bad effects from your vlog, I am not willing anymore to go for another treatment. Can you kindly share a vlog on another “in” thing for ladies- powerless coloured contact lenses? We see them these days very much popular among the fashionistas but I am doubtful that they do carry some adverse effects as well. Good luck for all your forthcoming vlogs. Namaste 🙏🏻
