It's not really a clock, it's counter telling you how much time has passed in the program you're watching, and so you can figure out how much time is left. it's not just on Roku, it's on any device that can run RU-vid TV be it Roku, Android TV, via their website, Android app, etc..

Or maybe you could just buy it for yourself.

RU-vid TV doesn't nickel and dime you like Sling. If you only want a limited subset of channels just subscribe to Sling and stop whining. The amount of nonsense in the comments today is unreal.

@@wshweExactly, plus they don't Geo Block you from using the service if you travel, use it work in your same home area, or use it on your phone, or your someone who uses Linux like Peacock, and Vudu do.

Sling TV SUCKS!!!!! You get crappy packages and have to constantly do ADD ON's for everything.... so it will be MORE expensive than RU-vidTV

@@chriskuczynskimusic34 I agree I had Sling TV when it first came out, and it's a joke once you start adding on channels to be able to watch things like football, also only being able to have 1 stream at a time was a no go, plus dog poop streaming quality. RU-vid TV has been great with the base package, 3 streams, and no Geo blocking me 6 minutes from home while at work like Sling TV, Hulu Live, and the old PS Vue service did, plus RU-vid TV works fine on my Linux computers unlike Sling TV, and the Old PS Vue service(Hulu Live barely did, and Geo blocked on my Roku express at work).

If you're a college football fan, Wrestling fan, & general sports fan like myself it's cheaper than traditional cable, and Sat, plus they don't geoblock in the same way other services like Hulu, and Sling do meaning I can use my account at work running a senior center on my Roku, and Android TV boxes with no issues, and when I'm out, and about RU-vid TV uses less bandwidth on my phone than Hulu Live, or Sling did with a better quality feed, which is great being on a Cricket Wireless family plan that limits us to 3Mbps/3Mbps for the unlimited data. Also my work is in a poor signal area for OTA TV after the last FCC reopack, and I'm not allowed to put a roof antenna on the building, so RU-vid TV provides me with access to local TV channels my clients want to watch. So yeah it's all about perspective, and what your wants/needs are. Edit I should also mention that as a Linux user as long as I'm running a modern browser RU-vid TV does not block me from using the service on my computers the same way Peacock, and Vudu does with stupid DRM. So in my book that's a huge win for RU-vid TV.

You must work for one of the cable companies that are losing customers by the thousands because of the low cost of streaming services like this. I cut the chord and am saving over $100.00 per month by switching to RU-vidTV without losing any of the content I previously watched on cable.

That's not a tip. It costs much less than traditional cable and roughly the same as comparative streaming cable channel packages from Fubo, Sling and Hulu among others. 👍

It's definitely just as expensive as comcast cable in my area. The only benefit of YT TV is it travels with me.

Except RU-vidTV tells you exactly what it will cost in a straightforward manner, as opposed to the lying and misleading manner of Comcast....extra fees like equipment, HD, programming etc etc

As previously stated on this very channel RU-vid TV is much cheaper than the average cable TV package. Do you work for or have any financial interest in any any cable company?
