True, per hour 21 pounds, if it is overtime some times 5 pounds extra, but not always. Then if it is 60000 then no child benefit. Recommend a nurse then get 1000 .

Don't come to Nursing home. If its English manager together with carerers they could block your PIN due to jelousy - Also For OSCE- not getting enogh training and even malayali managers won't sign your competancy in right time,. Once you got PIN from Nhs only go for nursing home ! So try to come only through NHS -

Room rent 900 or 1000 pound , Food expenses monthly minimum 400 Pounds 💷, electricity, gas ,and other miscellaneous expenses 250 , then finally 400 or 500 pound maximum in hand , Nearly same as that amount you can earn from India also , Secondly male persons didn't get any sort of better job there, So some one who living with husband and children's, their cash balance is zero , if their husband is not working, If both persons are working together surely they can earn something, this is the real life of UK Otherwise we have to share a room in someone house to minimise expenditures

It’s true that UK welcomes immigrants and have lot of opportunities in healthcare sector. But currently situation is bad here for families.Please note that the more you earn more you need to pay tax. Daily expenses are way too high, mainly energy prices increasing at an alarming rate. A common family with two kids has to pay currently an average of £ 350/ month in northwest areas. Will be higher in south. From April onwards it is said to increase again. Council tax have increased. Petrol and Diesel price increased. And finally groceries. So it is not easy to live here even if you work full time (husband & wife). After all deduction nothing will be left. If somebody wants to come , please think and do understand the situation and do proper planning and calculations. People only talks about earnings not expenses. And above all the climate. It’s getting colder every year. So whoever willing to come needs to adjust to these situations.

Tax is 20 percent , if u got 50 lakh nearly 20 lakh tax , expense 10 lakh , u can save 20 lakh in a year , nearly 36.5 days can be taken as paid holiday I hardly think any nursing home pay 50000 thousand in a year , that is a managers salary
