I think if you attack a shiny with a move that'll kill it, or hit the run button when up against a Shiny, the game should say: Are you sure? That (pokemon name)is very rare!

hey Adrive quick question, if you try to encounter a shiny pokemon through horde encounters are you more likely to encounter a shiny since your encountering 5 pokemon at the same time?

every horde there 5 opprotunities for one of the pokemon to be shiny. each pokemon has a 1/4096 chance but per horde is a 1/819.2 chance. so it will likely be faster to find one if you horde hunt

Just thought of an evil idea Evil-shinylock Excluding starter, every Pokémon you catch must be shiny, the catch, you have to CALL which. Example, if you get a shiny cagerpie, but say you called a shiny pidgey, you must catch that shiny caterpie and release it and feel the pain.
