I don’t think anyone can truly come for Eminem or Dre. They know they can’t- the industry really doesn’t have much on those 3. Eminem’s been sober for 16 years, Dre is about his business and 50 is the birth of both of them and is just real.

No ones arguing Kendrick is the better rapper, but Drake has a far larger worldwide fanbase who aren’t as concerned as some of the purists in the US are about whether he used ghost writers or appropriated a particular culture. The last time I looked I thought he was black albeit Canadian, but that doesn’t mean he’s not allowed to call himself a rapper just because he grew up in a nice neighbourhood.
