Mr Keith Iam an Arabic and my second language is English. I have been learning the English language for many years ,but I can't speak English, knowing that last have a masters degree in physics ,but my level of English is bad and this is a big problem in my life .let want you to make a video explains how to study the English language effectively

i can relate to your problem 100 percent! I am also a degree holder in my country and we've been using English curriculum from kinder garten to college but still í cannot speak English fluently. i do understand English in various accents such as British, Australian, canadian and i have all the access to improve myself but I don't understand why im not improving at all. Im also having issues with my confidence that's why im afraid to speak because i feel frustrated easily when i made a minor mistake
