Advertisement during meditation, is there a way to sue RU-vid or something to make them change this for certain calming videos. This can be dangerous for mental health to suddenly get loud sound after just starting to settle the mind for 10, 20 min. It is a big surprise and in make you move four times during this video just to stop the ads.

They could at least wait for about 30 minutes until we enter into first jhana, after that it doesn't matter if any advertisement appear 😄
