안녕하세요. 여기는 폴란드예요. Can I say: 한국어로 말하다 to express that someone is speaking Korean?

Do Koreans not speak in full sentences? As children US kids are taught to reply to questions in full sentences. As we get older, we drop it for quick replies. So to answer where you’re from, you’d reply with only the country name. Or if someone asked where you’re going, do you reply with the ‘to the grocery store’ or is it ‘I am going to….’ Do you do the same?
