A new Apple TV isn’t a strong contender among the devices rumoured to be released at this years September event but I would wait till after the Apple event.

21:9 is something Apple promised would be coming with tvOS 18 but it might have to be with 18.1 or .2

As long as bit streaming audio remains unavailable, tvOS 18 is a dud!

macOS 15 has it so it shouldn’t be that difficult to get on the Apple TVs. Especially considering the Apple TV use case.

I get CONSTANT flickering in dark scenes on all NON-HDR content if "match framerate" is enabled and if it's not enabled all blacks are washed out! 😡
