Ok G&M isn't even a chain, Maryland's best is easily Five Guys. Also while I'm not from New York or Louisiana, the best chains there are Shake Shack and Raising Caine's respectively

Florida in my opinion has quite a few local chain restaurants, especially in orlando but i think the most widely known is Tijuana Flats and pollo tropical. But there are a few that are growing and are amazing like 4 rivers (bbq), Jimmy's hula (california fish tacos/burgers) , Kekes (breakfast) Jeremiah's (ice cream and Italian ice)

Missed opportunity for NY to say Shake Shack since that was founded here. I also like Five Guys, they have good shakes and peanuts. And if you’re ever on Long Island, J and R’s Steakhouse is a great chain. Long Island also has NY’s only Bahama Breeze. Love their guava ribs and key lime pie
