This song is a farewell to their lost brother. edit: "crying tears like a monsoon... or like waterfalls in Pohnpei." Pohnpei is an island in the pacific with it's abundance of rain and so many waterfalls, that's beside the point, he mentioned Pohnpei cus a lot of Pohnpeians were in that class.
