I sit here waiting for my turn to see my eye doc. Your videos are so thought-provoking. I've been a lover of Stoicism for the last 2 decades. I ses people wasting time and engrossed in diatribe. I wish I could introduce your videos to them; alas, here in Sri Lanka, most of us are Biddhists who believe strongly in mundane Buddhist practices, although at the core of Budddhist principles lie the practising of "mindfulness."[The only thing Buddhists in SL fail to do:)] Hats off to your calm, well -articulated, soothing voice. I keep my soul free from the surrounding gossip of these people who wait from 3 am to see the Doc. I read Marcus Aurelius' Meditations daily. What a splendid antidotes for the daily insanity:) Keep up the stupendous work. Carpe diem! Love from Sri Lanka❤

The video is excellent, but if you can only keep the piano alone as i believe there is a conflict of 2 different music at the same time. The one in the background is causing disturbance.
