When you think of villager baby as a kid, and not a small villager, it's really wholesome about them giving you a poppy for saving their village 😊

I remember stumbling on the random empty villages in beta. I seem to remember everyone concocting a "post apocalypse" theory up until Villagers were added but it was so long ago I'm not remotely sure.

You also forgot to mention that once you cure a zombie villager, they'll give you massive discounts. One time a cured villager lowered their prices from like 10+ something (can't remember what the item was) to just 3. It was wild.

I swear at one point, baby villagers used to have the big head-small body design aswell and honestly I prefer that instead of the shrunken adult villager design

If anyone’s wondering why the Villagers look the weird way they do now It’s because villagers were initially tests to see how npc’s would work in minecraft, but notch liked the stupid design of them so much he decided to keep them in the game

I remember the old skin for zombie villagers, and it always really bugged me, I'm glad they fixed it so they wear tattered villager clothes.

So I knew almost everything :D there are some things you didn't mentioned. I just love villagers. I remember when they were added to the game and I was so happy. I only build my base in the village since then and always take good care of them. You can spend the whole game in the village, trading with them and let them thrive and they just give you better trades so you can have full enchanted diamond armor and enchanted tools without steping a foot out of the village :D And they are good company if you play on singleplayer (I always felt so lonely before). It's comforting for me to see them living and working around and when you explore and then go back to your base-village it feels more like home.

In my mind I think that the original pig men (3:36) were banished to the nether, they were there so long that they decayed into undead beings while growing close bonds, being the only creatures that wouldn't attack eachother

Actually villages in Minecraft is on of the best world seed for me ngl,cz i like the way how the villagers interact and how they do their jobs ect..And i didnt know a lot of things abt it like the baby giving poppy to the player for saving their life ,and the baby junping on the bed who gives some kids vibes,withiur forgeting the babys playing between them,so fun,i just hope they can add facial exepressions to the villagers that would be more realistic and fun

Ya see even through iron golem are made of iron 6:12 they still got a heart seeing this makes me regret murdering and entire village for raising the dam prices imagine mojang adding it if you kill every villiger and leave the golem the golem either goes on a rampage or sits there feeling like it failed

3:46 actually this is false, the turtle mob is also another mob that has this trait, because having them have an adult sized head while being smaller than a silver fish would be quite odd looking

6:08 super accurate! In my town waterflia, I have many iron golems protecting in the town. When Im exploring and monitoring my towns emergency exit and hallway, my iron golem showed a poppy flower to the baby villagers! That's playing in the exit-

You can tell the difference between Ruby and redstone, due to the fact you can make the ore glow with it's particals, While Ruby's Won't.

If you didn't know, baby villagers aren't the only baby mobs that has smaller sized heads. The baby horse also has a smaller sized head too

Honestly I miss the old skins of villagers. The new ones are way too much and I still have no idea how to tell what profession they have. Makes it worse that all the biomes have DIFFERENT skin textures for villagers, like jeez Mojang we didn't need 100 different skins for villagers. The old ones were good enough lol

They should of made the ruby ore a bit different like less spots.

I think that the PigMen Villager addition would've been cool, especially in the nether update. They could've been the ones to populate nether villagers if they had become a thing. For the currency, instead of emeralds, you would've had to trade gold. Instead of horses, they could have hoglins. Either that, or hoglins can be used in raids with piglins and other nether mobs. They can have nether wart farms.

Technoblade is the last of his kind. He must have intense bloodlust because of how quickly the rest of his people were slaughtered and replaced with villagers.

rubies should be back as a rarer ore than emerald whenever you give a pillager a Rubie by right-clicking them on a raid they will cancel the raid and take the Rubie away and with rubies you can get cooler items by trading on villagers with them

In education edition to this day there is still the glitch where they try to sleep, but they LAY ON THE GROUND, glitching into doors, in WATER, and yes I've experienced a villager in lava tryna sleep

8:00 That is where you’re wrong on the swamp villagers, well swamp villages don’t exist I managed to encounter and naturally spawning Swamp Spruce Village, it was at the border of a swamp biome and a spruce biome which causes some of the villagers to become swamp villagers! Pretty cool right?

About the Swamp & Jungle villagers. You got that half right. There are swamp villagers. My world spawn is on the edge of a swamp. I usually turn any zombie villagers near me. I have a swamp cleric right now.

for jungle villages, i would love to see some villages in some of the taller trees, like as a treetop village

They should still add rubies in my opinion, it can probably get confusing with the ore textures but tbh I feel like minecraft needs rubies and other gems tbh

I miss the days when the rose was still in the game. First time I saw an iron golem hold out a rose to a baby villager, I stopped to watch as the baby took it and ran away. It was much more magical than seeing one take a poppy, and I wish we could shear a rose bush to get one because I really miss the rose item.
