Hi, fyi. Dublin is the capital of the Republic of Ireland (southern). Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland. If asking that question you need to clarify which capital your asking about. The quiz is god though, I got 37 plus bonus question.

Gammon is a cut of pork, similar to ham, but processed differently, more like bacon is processed. I recently found a recipe that called for gammon and I had to look it up. You are correct that jamon is Spanish for ham though.
