Tamarind seeds are so good for you with tons of health benefits. I roast them and grind them to a powder and add coconut oil and use topically as a anti inflammatory, I also add the powder to my smoothie. I’ve never tried cooking with them. I absolutely love this video and would like to know the ingredients used to make these fritters 🙏🏽💕
I loved to see the way how she prepared the tamarind seeds, very naturally village style, and healthy recipies free from unhealthy additional flavours....yesss the tastes is natural and freshly fried....soo goood....👍👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤
wooooww...y uno que tira a la basura la semilla..!! gracias, por compartir, eso si lleva trabajo pero..creo que vale la pena...tratare de hacerlo, por aqui es temporada de la cosecha de esta fruta...saludos desde Guatemala,C.A..
But it is not easily digestible nowadays for city people. When in village instead of coffee seeds we used coriander seeds plus jaggary/karuppatti for morning hot drink. 😆😆
I can tell how a vada should be and I must say this is Authentic... keep in mind I do not praise easily but this lady knows this recipe perfectly....cheers!
I just ordered a tamarind tree from a local tropical fruit expert because I LOVE its sour fruit, but had no idea until now that the seeds are edible too! I'll have to try that. I even have a stash of the seeds handy right now because I was thinking of planting some more trees. However I will certainly use and EVEN MORE CERTAINLY appreciate my modern kitchen appliances. Just, Wow! Respect!! :D
Proud to be in Tamil Nadu. Gramathu man vasanai veesudhu... Iniku olakai, aatukal lam museum la than katanum. Antha alavu ilama ayiduchu. But inumum engayo oru idathula intha madri pandrathu perumaiya iruku. Really great stuff... Keep it up...
learnt something today in my country, we eat the flesh of the tamarind and also make a beverage from it, which is very refreshing. wow I'm going to try this recipe, we throw the seeds away, thank you .
yeah... but its a real TASK to roast and then remove the outer skin and then crush the Tamarind seeds! Also, the REAL taste comes out from the traditional stone crushers and using wood as fuel. Western style and use of modern gadgets like a Mixer/Grinder and cooking gas... have ruined the actual taste of almost all we cook today in the so-called 'modern' kitchens! Moreover, they use of bloody chemical manure and pesticides have turned food into poison! Indians are fools to loose their traditions! Pity!
FYI omg you are so so right I agree with you totally i also wonder what happened to the good old wooden spoons and stainless steel utensils I see them using plastics and I am so disappointed
