Sergio this is wr for 1 hour tempo Jan Kares is attempting 1300 in two weeks but his execution is bit different more belly wave explosive which is easier than yours pure pull but also full extension but I know you cannot extend elbow for injury I have the same problem haha. Fantastic feat once again, just training I know 💪💪
