The House is amazing and I think everything is already included.Apart from this I think one store room is required bcz the beauty will preserve when room and area look neat and spacious and we can store unnecessary thing in store room.

Ye ghar nahi hai.. Ye tho mahal hai.. Shayad mai lucky hoon..bhai saab ne video banaake dikhaaya..aur mai aankh phaad phaad ke dekhaa.. Kyaa...khoob banaaya aapne.. Hame aisa mahal banwaaneka, aur aisa alishaan mahal me reheneka naseeb hai hi nahi. Phir bhi..aapne hame aisa khoobsoorath mahal ka sundaratha dikhaayi..isliye aapko bahooth bahooth dhanyavaad.. The architecture is amazing. Here are my few recommendations. You can add a swimming pool in the backyard, a Billiards table in the 2nd floor party section for enjoyment purpose, and a medium size gym portion in the 2nd floor for healthy lifestyle purpose
Good suggestions ..also I would suggest a separate servant car parking so that they don't have to park next to your cars. It's a relatively new design feature for the North though.
I just love this house sir. I can understand some parts of this house are in under construction. Phir v aapne approx saara ghar dikha diya. Hat's off for your efforts 👍👍
Its above $ 1.5 million. And even a US middle class person can't afford that cost. Then how we middle class Indians are even supposed to buy this. I mean 1 crore house is affordable but 12 crore is just out of our league. Don't know why they are showing it on youtube where majority is middle class who can't even afford it. What's your purpose of showing this!
I will purchase this house in future but If the price of villah is 12 cr so there should be a swimming pool definately , otherwise the look of the villah will become low . So there must be a swimming pool with automatic heater and automatic roof which will shut the face of swimming pool .
This one is just perfect but the only thing i feel missing is bath tub in master bedroom. Coz if you're having this huge villa and not have bath tabs in your bathroom then it kinda feels like incomplete. Everything apart from this is just perfect
We are about to make a house in 8 kaanals. And was thinking to put swimming pool, gym, home theatre, party area, gaming room. And 5 master and 2 guests. Taking more ideas from your videos ⚡️🍾
Beautiful house. Is this still in the market? There are two things that I think should be added in luxury houses is a separate laundry room and a store room.
Really nice brother i really wish i could leave delhi and shift to panchkula !! Though many friends have moved there but still amazing work done and the price is fine too but should have been 10 but surely you guys did amazing work so you deserve asking price as well i hope its little negotiable as well :) i have shared video with my family lets see if we feel like moving out of delhi and have some fresh air !! Yaar Gurvinder ! Your architecture is good, specially kitchen area. My wife is so exited to watch it, I would be happier if there was a small workout space too at 2nd or 3rd floor. Finally rate is so high, i think its just double for 500sq yard 😊
Wonderful design! nice architecture. I would have preferred a garage like area as well along with a jacuzzi fitting to add on to this incredible wonder. Just my thought. But kudos to the work done!
Well presented, lovely video. Below are my thoughts to this house. 1) House is in Punchcula not in a big city like Delhi Bombay or Banglore. Not even in Chandigarh. Yes, there is a hill but too far away. View of the house is literally other houses. According to that the price is a bit too high. 2.) For a 12 Crore house, lift is there which is wonderful but luxury entertainments are missing such as a swimming pool, sauna room, jacuzzi, gym etc. 3) Wood installed is not explained well, is it natural insect repellent? How long would it last? 4) Too much glass installation is there, which looks great but requires a lot of maintenance to keep clean. Fingerprints here and there would look ugly. This is difficult especially when you can't find live in servants or when they go on leave 😂 5) *Most important of all* In a 12 Crore house, cracked tiles in the bathroom or flooring is a big NO. Definitely should change this before selling. Rest is all perfect!
Agree 100%, Additionally In such a priced house, architect didn't do his job well, he just made many rooms with almost same dimension, master in such a big lot of land should be bigger. There can't be multiple master bedrooms and along with that closet and bathroom don’t do justice by space. Everywhere there are points/panels for TV, are you in shopping center or what. Also, interior design is painstakingly constant, it should have different interior designs for multiple so called "Master Bedrooms".
If its for a specific person than its ok but if its for selling purpose then you should focus on a small gym and swimming pool also rather then party area
What is the built-up area (in sq feet) of this Home? (In description 500 sq yards is mentioned but it's the Plot area. I'm asking about the built up area of the House)
I guess the build up area is 500sq yards...cause i live in 500sq yards house and according to sector rules 60% construction allowed...so 300sq yard is constructed...which is quite small as compared to this one...seeing the hall of this house...it seems like the constructed area itself is 500sq yards
@@chetankaushik2777 300 sq yards? Not at all. There are no "sector rules", those are FAR per floor. While in a Villa or a Bungalow, there are usually 3 floors (G+2) and the sq feet of each floor is cumulatively added to calculate the total built up area of the Villa/Bungalow. For a 500 sq yards plot, nearly 11,000 sq feet is allowed to construct in total as per FAR rules. 500 sq yards is only 4500 sq feet and this Home is obviously more than that. It has 6 Bedrooms, 2 Living rooms, a party area at the top, bar and 7 bathrooms and all are huge. I think the total built up area is in ths tunes of 6000-6500 sq feet, which is about 900 sq yards.

That's what i said But there is 60% construction rule for 500sq yard plot in HUDA 66OR67% for smaller plots The thing you are saying about cumulative area is true... I've heard about FAR ..but overall it results in nearabout 60% construction allowed on the ground...rest has to be left open in front and back side...HUDA rule Yes you are right about FAR rules But still it is not as such that you can lay Walls border to border in complete plot ...and after all that the constructed area would come out to be approx 350sq yard Currently my house in under construction...and according to FAR we were allowed to construct 2 complete floors(approx 320sq yard each) and one more approx 120sqyard AFTERALL YES .. THEY ARE BASICALLY FAR RULES... NOT SECTOR RULES... NOT 60%😂😂 JUST FORGOT TO USE THE TERM WHILE WRITING THE FIRST COMMENT And for 11000sqft. Part It is somewhere near to that But you may even purchase additional FAR if you want to construct further...i guess at most 4 floors with stilt parking are permitted in HUDA And additional FAR is quite a lot costly

Great House...Good interior design... Your exterior space for garden can still improve as per my thoughts and little bit of landscaping will improve its appearance.... You have mentioned area of bedrooms but didn’t mention dressing and bath area so suggestion for you to add in next video. You have mentioned 500 sqyd area but i confused its actually net area of plot or inclusive of super built up area. Also you have mentioned 12 cr total price but I would like to know only construction price without land. There are lots of wooden frames and many things are fixed furniture so is there any provision in case of fire? I am doing all construction related business like planning,architecture,landscaping,structure designing,site execution in Ahmedabad area.
