It's not about how much you spend in making a house, it's about the maximum utilization of what you spend without wasting an inch. .. This video is a prime example for that.. Man i am from north side(punjab), and when i see houses around me, i visually get disturb,people have all the money to spend here but zero taste! I must say this is what i crave for and its not about how much money we have spent its about how it is done with creativity! Loved it !

Beautiful use of spaces. Interior materials used give a very shiny, cold , modern Office like look, thanks to the shiny reflective surfaces everywhere. It Will make a great company guesthouse where visitors are staying for a brief while on a temporary basis. Overusing black colour on tiles violates vaastu (lowers energy of any space) but can be rectified by rugs and dhurries. Overall, loved the spacing!

very nice house.. but only thing i disliked is , when we open the main door of the house everything is visible ... there should be a small foyer area which is protected from direct view from the main door...

@SMINTO ANTONY [sÂm] 🇶🇦 In kerala, 42lakhs isn't the norm for construction or some bare minimum like you seem to suggest. You might have to ask the same question to the Channel admin as this channel itself shows you many such houses in 25 lakhs 😂...Of course it depends on where but in kerala you can get a plot plus construct a 3bkh in 45lakhs. Do some research. You're welcome.
kudos to the architect looks like a cool, nice and minimalist guy. had a nice feel viewing the design aspects. Felt like the sides and the back yard of the house should have been covered.

Amazed how beautiful and modern interiors. This is how it should be. You see no any unwanted designs and lightings. What exactly is required is there. I see some designers put all sought of stuff which makes like it looks like a forest. But this is very good. Its having apt lighting as you see the colors selected reflects light all the way. The interiors are so beautiful gives a Sci Fi feel at home. Excellent i would opt this if i can afford in future :)👋❣ Appreciate only 12 lakhs for interiors ? really? If so i would definitely opt.
