I really liked the house - modern and beautiful. They didn't skimp on designers here. Nice ground floor layout, great backyard with amazing views. Finally a modern kitchen, only I would replace the gas stove (very ugly). I liked the layout of the second floor less. Steps between rooms are a very strange solution. Only one bedroom has a view of the backyard and lake, a view every bedroom needs. But the gaming room doesn’t need a view outside the windows.
Raj l love Drees home. When l came to Texas l met the contractor supervisor and he reminded me of my father. Nice gentleman and he toured me around the new house that was being built. So l.would like more Drees plans. Thank you and God Bless you, you are doing fantastic 🙌

@@RajSahoo not this on but on in another part of Texas. I .et the builders supervisor and he took me for a tour on a newly built home. They didn't even have the upgrade installed yet. And when l saw how well that home was built l was ready to move. Love this builder a.d Toll Brothers. Keep showing your videos l like following you. You explain everything so well. Raj, this home has an amazing floorplan. I also love the fact that you can either go traditional or modern when decorating this home as well. You showed another great home with this one !
Definitely a guess at this point because they are still building around that area and the timeline will significantly vary in this market of massive supply chain disruption. Maybe 2-3 years?
@@DefinitelyNotDavid1 we’ll see! I know luxury home builders are expanding their foot print. Price will always have a correlation with proximity to the city but the suburbs are being built out with their own walkable / urban-ish area to make them more appealing.
