Sir tell me one thing that why this board is not popular. The board is powerful, efficient, easy to build and cheap but why people are using inefficient BJT amplifiers.
Me gustaría que hiciera claridad sobre una resistencia que va entre los pines 9 y 10 del circuito integrado TL494 y tierra; en el diagrama original tiene un valor de 470 ohmios, sin embargo en su placa de circuito impreso aparece marcada como 10K, en el minuto 2:51 efectivamente monta la resistencia de 10K, pero curiosamente al minuto 3:22 la ha retirado y monta la de 470 ohmios. Finalmente ¿cuál es el verdadero valor de esta resistencia?.
Please make a video with measurements. Theoretically this amplifier can deliver 500w. Your speaker i'm sure can't handle 500w. So please make a video with a power measurement setup for this amplifier.

When supply 50V and speaker 8 Ohm=312,5W!!!!!!!!!Peak Watt!!!!!! NO RMS!!!!!! RMS=Peak/1,41=221,4W!!! With 4 Ohm also only 442,8W!!!!!! It's not enough for someone to do it afterwards!You should learn a little!
Althrough its true, the problem is that this class d amplifier schematic not even good, it can put out only 6.2Volts on 1khz 8Ohm (i call it: chunky boy) power resistor...
In mine case gain is very tiny at 12 volt at mosfet side , it's like connecting 4ohm speack directly to audio jack ? Don't know what's the problem i have tested Both high and low gate driver circuit with 2 Hz square wave both mosfet Turning on and of Alternatively respect to other . In mine case i used bc557 and bc547 to driving gate with 12 volt at mosfet circuit but the sound is very very low ??
class D are more efficient than class AB amps. it means less power is converted to heat and hence smaller heatsink is needed. But this video doesn't measure it, I doubt it even reach 200W.
Only fake video.class d is not a joke bro. 25w not 500w dc 50v 25-0-25 (25x70%=17.5v class d modulation factor for this type)17.5 /1.414 =12.347v rms. 12.5x12.5/8 = 19.358W rms.
Con el IRs2010 estaría bien pero con el tl491 ummm no estaría bien bueno si pero con el irs2010 el amplificador tendría un tiempo muerto lo cual es encencial para los clase D, pero good project :)
Caro colega eu sou fascinado por amplificadores , montei essa versão e não funcionou ! Eu usei tio 41 e 42 e os capacitores de saída usei 220uf por 100 e irf630 ficou um ronco no alto falante o que será ?

samething is happening to me I make this circuit three different times and I have to put my ears to the speaker if I unplug the jack plug and replug it give you that one second of loudness then it drops right down back to whisper did you get help???
There is an error in the winding scheme. the second 470ohm resistor is not installed between the base and the collector BD140. In the schematic diagram 470om 2 PCs. Also not specified what power resistors 0.125 watts/0.25 watts / 0.5 watts/1Watt/2watt?
Which ic is best for making preamp for these amplifire and will I get clear audio and super bass when I use 10 inch subwoofer please reply quickly as possible sir
