I just bought 2 SLAP-T rounds. Got a bargain at $65/each. Raufoss are about $100/ea. Not cheap, no sir not cheap at all. Btw, that SLAP slug is more than likely intact...it looks small because it's only a .30 cal. bullet.

to get the best ballistic coeficient the bullet needs to complete a barrel twist, in most cases that means that the target has to be at least 3mts far away from the gun barrel, point blank reduces the miss and is kind of espectacular but it wont extract the best possible result

Dont quote me on this but i think the danger with slap rounds and a mizzle break is you can cause a barrell obstruction for following shots, so you should be somewhat safe if you make sure its clear after every single shot.
