I'm 56 years old...and I rode my KTM 390 Adventure 1055 km from Mumbai to Bangalore in 19 hours in the first week of March 2024. Took. Me 2 days to recover from the exhaustion! 😅
You are an inspiration sir, People like you proves age is just a number to own and experience something that heart desires 👍🏻 Next time you would plan it better for sure 👍🏻
@@srinivasteki9458 I've been preparing for Ladakh. Wanted to test my body after one month of cardio and strength workouts in the gym. That's why I attempted 1000+ km in a single shot... succeeded. I would have stopped and checked into a hotel if i felt too tired...no misplaced ego there...but adrenaline was pumping I suppose. So managed.
@@pritamdas9015 No heat issue, mostly on highway highness doesn't have any heating issue. In city only sometimes it shows heating and that is not much, bearable.
Yes because of this my totally trust on Honda. I will go for only Honda motorcycle. My First motorcycle was Honda Unicorn and second motorcycle is Honda Highness CB350. It is very reliable brand of motorcycle. Obviously it is best companion on road. My favourite motorcycle is Honda Africa Twin since my childhood. You should only buy a Honda motorcycle and only run and run day to day. It will not break your trust. It is my personal experience of more than 20 years.
19 months Old Hiness 38000km ...smooth engine... proper service and maintenance...my opinion about the bike is awesome.... the front suspension is little hard...
Peace of Mind ki baat dil ko Chu gayi. Good to see Bulubhai and our Homecoming friend DevN ko saath dekhkar...proud moment for all of us.. Nice Experience sharing DevN bhai...1133 kms🔥🔥🔥🔥
My Doctor friend and I, way back in 1985, did 800 kms.within around 15 (riding time only) hours on an Ind Suzuki, 100 cc bike!!! Of course, we were both 25 then, and were able to take the beating, because the Ind Suzuki was not rideable beyond 100 kmph, at its best. Our average speed was still quite high(even though road conditions were quite bad)and we were able to come back home within 24 hours.
Dev da is kind of a crazy man. I met him once at Topline service centre. He would just go for jugaads on his bike, like he would prefer to have a ₹30 handle bar grip than to have an expensive one. An avid member of our Kolkata H'ness group.
Hi Bulu brother... I also bought my Honda Highness after watching your comparison video of Highness & Meteor... Thanks a lot... Now i have set my sights on NX500 after, again, watching your various reviews...
Last year i bought highness bike and took long ride to Gujrat from Karnataka its totally 3000+kms felt this bike is really reliable and smooth engine i❤this bike for long rides and this year i m planning for Solo Ladakh ride ❤❤Bhulu bhai thanks for this video 🙏🙏❤️🙏🙏👌
Early baches had rust issue that's only con I faced ......and this infamous tall gearing issue ....but that's a thing we can get used to .....moreover it adds up to the 'character' element of this bike ❤
nice experience review i will make a video too on how to keep bikes last longer with normal weekwly maintenance coz 17000 kms done on hunter in 16 months and rough used it till date eveyday i push it to its limits , just timely service , not even a sprocket issue no cable snap no engine stall till date , dropped twice without an inch of damage , point is quality is not just a honda thing anymore RE/ Jawa/ tvs are fast catching up❤❤❤😊😊
I have done 7 and half hours ride in a day... almost 350-365kms.... In bajaj Avenger 220... By that time itself Mera band baj Gaya tha.... Hats off to u for such an achievement.
I took one out on rent and I really loved it on the highways but felt booring in cities. Changed my plan and purchased ns200. Someday, Cb350 will definitely come home, but as my secondary bike.
Exactly bulu Bhai .....peace of mind humari first priority honi chahiye..and honda bikes was master in that .....who run for speed...they are not true riders they are racers (chapri)...
You are right about engine power, peace of mind and riding comfort is important than power, for long rides. (more than 500km/day) .I also do long rides of 1000km in a day with my FZ150 v3 , 10 rides ..CB 350 is good for long rides.
I have also done 918 km in one day 16 hours straight on tvs ntorq, without any problem the scooter performed extremely well, no heating and no problem at all... I travelled from Prayagraj to Dehradun mostly maintaining speeds between 70-80 kmph and also got decent mileage of 40 kmpl throughout the ride... The last 200 kms were the toughest due to fatigue, all thanks to ntorq stiff suspension
I did solo trip 2400 km on my fzs v2. Pune to banglore. Udapi murudeshwar gokarna n back to pune. I felt little less power so i thought i should buy new motorcycle. Honda 350 can be good option
I did 1250 km in one go on my hornet 160 from Mumbai to Rewa. Then I took 4 hrs sleep in night and next day did 400 km from Rewa to Buxar. I started from Mumbai 3 pm and reached Rewa next day around 11 pm.
I rode 23hrs on a stretch on my old pulsar 180. hilly region, mud slash, foggy n rain... covering only 700km something. That was quite an adventurous n a nightmare for me😂
I recently took the test drive of nx500 , there is a lot of dive in the front suspension even with the smallest pinch of applying the front brakes kindly share your opinion on this
In 500kms from Delhi to Lucknow I took only 2 breaks at a restaurant and a petrol pump. And right now I am getting 31.3 kmpl maybe because it's a 2 months new engine.
It also depends on the riding style, wind blast etc. don't forget to take 5-10 min break every 2 hours, engine will give more mileage in long runs and it's good for your body as well.
😊 my ride was Hyderabad to Pondicherry 800km in a single day From Morning 5 am to evening 11:30 to 12 am around 19 hours But my bike was “Bajaj ct 110x “ And I did same ride 3 times
it's not about only this bike it's about HONDA .....i have cg125 (1997 model a 27-year-old bike) I rode it around 850 km in one day (last week) It's all about HONDA 's legacy.
I did 56000 kms in 3 years on my Thunderbird 350. Now I own a Mahindra Mojo BS6 I have done 15,000 kms in 11 months and now planning for q Ladakh ride with my Mojo.
H'ness - Exceptional refinement, 100-110 cruising speed, most refined in the segment. Excellent mileage 40+ & Tank range 600+. Reliable, long lasting parts, maintenance cost is low as per segment. Scrambler 400x - better off road capability, fun to ride, very capable but the refinement doesn't let you cruise over 100... I mean even at 100 it has buzz.
Bulu bhai,Need a suggestion.I have a highness dlx pro model. Can you suggest that whether I would change my seat to split seat or remain unchanged with the single long seat?
I also have a Hness. 40,000kms in 4 years completed. Im very happy with the bike, its a very refined bike and done 700kms in one day max. But one major issue for me is the paint on the engine and engine case are peeling away. idk if its cz of poor paint or water wash. Ive changed water wash spots, but still happening. if you have the same issue, or if you have any suggestions please let me know.
did u feel any wobbling issue in high speed as there are lots of wobbling related videos on youtube so I'm in confusion wheather to consider this or not.
With time, colors on engine do chip off, and a lot of factors are involved. You may ask your service centre to repaint. Generally they do it free of cost.
@@rajasikmondal8058there are few issues with wobbling. Wheel balancing and tyre change generally solves that issue. Even if you have wobbling... It happens when you leave your hands off the handlebar, and even then it goes straight. So yes it's a minor issue but it has a fix.
Big bike people try to trash small bike...one incident of bmw 850gs was continue with me from Gurgaon toward faridabad...even doing some unexceptional overtakes we reached fbd almot together So its not about the bike...its about the biker As i did from surat to delhi in 25 hrs with my bike on hness
