Another tip for countering Surge, similar to the Shelly tip, ALWAYS assume that Surge has his gadget. If you see him standing right next to a wall, stay away from that wall. You never know exactly when he's gonna teleport and ambush you.
I’ve had the teleport move happen so many times that it’s just instinct to get away from surge as soon as I see him near a wall, or if I can’t get away in time I instantly put down a gadget if I can
Ngl as a former (and still)Overwatch addict, brawl stars reminds me of Overwatch a lot. For my first few weeks playing I kept saying ultimate instead of super
Tip for Lou: "LOOK INTO HIS EYES AND REALIZE THERE IS NO SOUL. RUN WHILE YOU CAN." Best tip Kairos has given us. Edit: Holy cow i have never had this much likes! Thank you guys!
@@folktriggels3543 yes, just be extra careful with rosa because she does full damage from around 4 tiles away, compared to bull who can only hit 2-3 projectiles at max range
@@folktriggels3543 thats why in most situations rosa beats bull, as long as rosa keeps bull at the tip of her range bull can only deal around 600-800 damage a shot, while rosa keeps her 1400 damage
tip against buzz: if he's trying to charge his super of you, and you dont know if your'e in his area, look at him, if the buzz has glowing particles around him, it means that he's charging his super, so you can know that you need to get out of there :)
But what if buzz is healing? (Particles of buzz's super charging and natural healing have the same particles) Well, i guess you just need to stay away from him unless he i fully healed?
also, count the 6/7 tiles and know the star power he's holding. For close range his 1st sp is op, and for long range he's actually good between gadget and 2nd sp. Always stay away from him, if you see it happy just behind a wall at 7 tiles, he has his 2nd sp, and it's charging his super off you.
Tips for playing against a Nani, especially a good one. Don’t forget the extra range she gets after her attack ends. A lot of people commonly forget about it. Also, strafe while she’s shooting at you. That attack deals a lot of damage, so your main goal is to get hit as little as possible
Tip for dodging dynamike: incase your being battered by him hunting you down, first side step a attack then do a fake movement towards him, the dynamite would have extreme trouble aiming that shot since he has to now change the length of is range than just swivel aim it on his maximum range.
@@poxy.sukesuke and moving normally isnt predictable? If your actually dodging and doing fake movements, the enemy dina will not know how to predict your movement. It sounds like your the random I get in games
@@Gaming_D3mOn like u have time to dodge it trust me ive done it before and im a 25k trophy player with diamond 1 solo league and gold 2 team league so im not the random i get in ur games
I like that Kairos is like the one creator who actually dedicates his videos to the lore and mechanics of brawl stars, the heart and soul of the game I mean I like watching OJ jump around dressed in a costume worse than the one I had in first grade as much as the next guy but Kairos’ videos are like really helpful
Oj and other youtubers focus on entertainment to put on smiles than actual strategy. Entertaiment like humor, challenges, absolute ramdomness, and ofcourse shouting credits to blue glasses and chief pat... Kairos focus on more strategy, lore and other stuff which are also entertaining to others
Devansh Gupta I’m not saying anything against OJ His videos are actually my favorite out of the tribe RU-vidrs. His videos are really entertaining and his clash royale use and counter videos contain good advice It’s just nice to have someone who gives good advice on brawl stars
it's kind of cool that i have been doing all these strategies you're mentioning in the tips without even noticing. that's what 1k hours of playtime does to you, constant adaptability.
@@blitzer9002 that’s really the only mode where you can go in random and still construct a team beforehand. there’s no other mode i see that needs brawler suggestions beforehand
Frank is my main, so I have 2 tips. Don’t let him charge super. Once frank gets his super (and this is for a good frank), the game is pretty much over depending on what mode you are playing. Frank is really good at using walls to his advantage, so destroy all walls so frank is easy to kill. Hope this helped!
When you see an enemy Peep coming to your heist or ike or teammate when you just respawned, try defending using your invincibility bubble so nani doesn't deal damage and charges her super
I have an extra “Do” against Carl: When he throws his pickaxe near you, he will try to make sure that the returning pickaxe will hit you as well. Maybe use that to predict his movement.
When you see a peep coming for you, you shouldn't always come close to peep and spin, it might be a good counter but you're not always sure she has her teleporting gadget
Thats why bringing another person with You and making him tank the shot is good, if she teleports, both can attack the Nani, or she be scared to teleport since is better to use that agaisnt a weaker brawler
I'm pretty sure that if there is a circle with lines around it on a brawler they have a gadget and if there is a skull instead of a blue/red/green circle that brawler has a star power.
@MrHopeless that is not what I meant, when you get a star power there is a skull symbol on your hit box. When you get a gadget a ticket symbol is attached to your hitbox, and when you have available gadgets there is a target attached to your hitbox.
@MrHopeless look at nanai to see of she has her gadget, at the start of games I always look gadgets, gears, and star powers in my team mates and enemies.
Tip to counter Rosa: Since she attacks with three pretty slow projectiles. Because of this, if you happen to get hit by one projectile, do whatever it takes to move away from the choke point/projectile location. If it works then you will take minimal damage to an attack and you’re likely to wipe the Rosa with some health to spare.
Can we just take a moment realizing for every tip, there were different maps and total 51 maps I took this last second left to appreciate the hard work kairos did for us.
My best tip for every brawler is keep distance from short range fighters and close the distance from ranged. Also stop walking behind walls while your shooting- I do that but here’s a reminder. A good tule of thumb is also to have your shots at the ready as enemies are rounding edges and corners. If your clear of a wall your more likely to close that area off with your shots. So the takeaway is your position: shots don’t go thru walls so some of the game is a race to shutdown an area with shots to control passage. Lately I’ve been playing with this in mind and it’s good for those kid ranged shooters. I use them mostly. But just my experience. Get to a point of open area enough to throw your shots and cut em from taking over ideal areas on the map. It reminds me a little of chess. Sorry for the book. Love and appreciate your content kairos! Keep ‘em coming :)
Tip that might screw me over later: ALWAYS FORM A TRIANGLE WITH YOUR TEAM MATES. There’s 2 teammates on both sides to defend and theres no weak spots bc theres a team player in the middle, the map is protected by all angles, if the opponents clump together 2 attack while 1 defends, depending on the game mode
tip for emz (from an emz main) she can melt a high majority of the brawlers in the game, so while getting close to her can minimize her damage, there's also the added factor that she might have her gadget. so my advice is actually to try to outrange her, and if you cant then to let someone else deal with her lol
@@NoizZy_ I knew most of them but I for some reason have a huge problem to counter attack delay brawlers like frank, bibi, ash, their mechanics just don't settle in my mind, so yea, pretty much I appreciate 2 things 1.) How good KAIROS understands the game 2.) He spreads his knowledge to us
tip against buzz: always let the long range brawlers face off against him. if youre not in his range, he cant repeatedly charge his super and he will be useless
I have to say A lot of those tips are actually really good and I already use it Like for example, Carl's one, if a Carl has a wall, he can pretty much defeat anyone using his main attack, I even killed a Primo once (When he was weak) so when facing a Carl not only stay away from wall, but also try no to get hit by him on max distance too often, so it won't be inevitable to his second damage when the Pickaxe comes back, and also, if you do that, he'll charge his super crazy fast
When Im playing against penny Penny:go behind that box or team with shelly Me:hell Nah Randoms Penny go behind that box, stick together Randoms:hey thats a good idea Penny:GOTCHA
A better counter tip for tick when facing him change the directio u are going specialy if there are two ways near a wall take the other part as it takes longer for tick shot to land he will probably shoot the other way
I think for a nani counter tip, since nani's all shots are harder to get hit, so trying to get hit by only one projectile or not get hit by good positioning will be much more helpful for you..... Hope you liked it
You should always remember that it's a team game, where usually one brawler has the biggest value (gem carrier, ball carrier, highest bounty). So if you are not one of those, keep an eye on Game Changing enemies and get as close to them as you can, so they waste their supers or gadgets (Gene, Tara, Sandy, Buzz)
Also try to change their lanes in your team's favor or if they do not want to change lanes, just aim for the brawler with the biggest value (for example, you could break gem carrier's walls so he couldnt protect himself)
A tip for Showdown, If you are on low health and see a bush, don't just past by it. If you can, take time to make sure nobody is in there and believe me, I do NOT want to get jumped by a Mortis out of nowhere, and if you can, just avoid the bushes.
All of these tips actually depend on environment and mode however there is a tip that applies in everywhere. Play with your enemies' morals, put them in tight positions and get their hopes down. I know it sounds cruel however you are playing against humans and humans' emotions can affect many factors. Like fear can make their aim worse, rage can make them play less careful, disbelief can make them play less agro. So yeah play with their feelings as well, unless they are a statue it will affect their gameplay.
Tip for mortis: Mortis is highly passive brawler , when he finds the right time dash in you if you are mid-low hp brawler keep walking backwards if a mortis is on you, this way even if you die your teammates will still be in good position.
tips to counter common and rare brawlers: shelly: dont charge at her, instead, make her go afk so that u can get some hits in nita: dont be meg, instead, use magic to turn into amber colt: dont charge at him, instead, make sure he cant see the future and then do one of those crazy feet dances bull: dont fire in the direction he is not at, instead, make him lose his brain so that he doesnt heal by going behind a wall jessie: dont be a bad dynamike and go charging at her, instead, become pro dynamike and predict brock: dont kill the brock that doesnt destroy any walls with rico, instead, magically become piper so that u can do the massive damage at close range cuz hes not gonna break any walls dinemik: dont go farther, instead spawn close to him so that u can constantly harass him bo: dont ignore his mines in solo showdown, instead, detonate them with mortis and make sure he cant get any kills tick: dont avoid minimum damage, instead, charge at him, even when he has a gadget and super 8 bit: dont throw ur attacks at random directions, instead, target the turret even if hes gonna kill u emz: dont stay in the harspray, instead, charge at her even if she has a gadget and super stu: dont go afk, instead, use ur gadget so that stu only targets them and not u (also, become ruffs) el primo: dont not hit him while hes hitting u, instead, charge at him even if he has a gadget or super barley: dont stay near walls why barley hits u, instead magically gain ur super and destroy the only 4 walls in the entire map poco: dont just stand there afk while hes hitting u, instead, go to solo showdown and constantly harass him rosa: dont charge at her when she activates her super, instead, go afk in the red joystick area until her super stops supering
Me: So, you want tips to counter others ye? People: Yes Me: I only have one tip for you, play with your friends, don’t play with randumbs. And have fun with your friends
@@raiden8929 If you say its shit post then shut up! Go away you don't need to spread your shit comments on video's that someone makes who put effort on it just don't comment
Good tip for slow reload speed brawlers that I use all the time: use all 3 ammo then just run up on them. This works especially well with brock ( as mentioned in the video) piper, mortis and most brawlers that can’t 1 or 2 shot you with their attack.
Thx for the video, I've been struggling to counter alot of these brawlers. Btw can you please make a event tier list, I want to know what the best brawlers are for big game.
The worst brawlers in this gamemode are Frank, Piper and Tick As boss you want to quickly take out brawlers, escape them and never get surrounded by all 5 of them at once, play passively playing aggresively will cost you losing a lot of health which is something you dont want to happen so hide in bushes or behind walls Chain your super you're already strong without your super but you might be not strong enough either so make the best use of your super and try to charge it as fast as possible, A single brawler stands no chance in 1v1 against you, eliminate them one by one so they will try to attack you alone instead of waiting for the rest of the team to come and help, Proritize the biggest threats like Shelly, Belle, brawlers that hard counter you and those that just deal a ton of damage, Avoid taking damage and don't let the enemies charge their super, This is very obvious but remember that getting hit also charges up their super, This is why Surge and Jessie are such good bosses They deal a lot of damage and their supers are easy to charge and helps them a lot,
For big game I suggest you jessie. She is really strong in big game.Especially when she is the boss. But be aware of belle and shelly.Dont let them charge their super.
Edgar tip: I am a hard Edgar main, so I have a really good tip. (For him, not to kill him) Don’t super on anyone unless you can get close enough to attack. NEVER
Fun facts/tips: 1. if you get close to mr.p his attack bounce won't hit you and you'll get less damage . 2. if you keep moving while fighting mr.p his porters won't be able to hit you so always move while fighting porters even if you want to get healed 3. Belle's starpower "positive feedback" works on any target even special targets such as showdown boxes so get away from anything if you want to defeat her. 4. Moving Spawnables such as nita's bear , ash's rats , tara's shadow's , tick's head are the best things to activate bo's or belle's traps without taking damage. 5. By using spike's "life plant" gadget in 1vs1s against none-piercing brawlers or using it close to a wall will make it much easier for you and your teammate to stay alive. 6. Surge's main attack is actually wilder and longer than it looks specifically when it hits walls so be careful about those. and have nice day!
Here is a tip to survive Tara, I don't know if you will defeat but pretty sure you would survive, if Tara use her super at you and your pretty sure the super is gonna pull you and you won't escape, go to the center of the super, exactly where Tara used it, because it will take less time to be pulled. So there's chance you can escape.
Uses of El Primo' super: 1.Extra damage 2.Escape option 3.Destroy bushes that enemy brawlers are hiding in 4.Destroy walls that enemy brawlers are hiding behind. 5.Travel across the map
MOST ANNOYING THING IN BRAWL STARS: Me when Belle hit me: run away from teammates :) Randumbs when they are hit by Belle: come over here teammate!!! :-x
If there is a buzz around you when you are at low health and using brawler like Bea,bow,Stu or any brawler that puts a small totem or turret ......just place it when he is coming.....litrally you won't get stunnded if you are just in time. I understand it takes some time and trick but beleive me it works
As someone struggling to get my Penny to 800 Trophies (Would love advice for this), here' are two tips: 1). I really can't think of any Brawlers with as much range as Penny who need 4 dedicated shots to kill most brawlers. Penny need 4 to take out the average non-snipper brawler, so if you are vs a Penny in lane, go ahead and trade with her and try to kill her. You are most likely going to come out on top. Bonus points if she misses a shot. She doesn't have the best reload so she's basically dead in the water. 2). Per what I said in tip 1, Penny is basically 3/4s a Brawler without her cannon. Don't get it twisted, when her cannon is down it's one of the strongest spawnables in the game. Making any 3v3 basically a 4v3 given enough TIME but she's pretty weak in 1v1 situations. So, try to make sure she doesn't get that cannon, and if she does KILL IT as FAST as POSSIBLE. The longer it is up (and actively shooting; Think Gem Grab while you are waiting for the 15th, 16th or 17th gem) the more value she derives from it and the lower your chances of winning become. I've won and got star player in matches where I played very badly, all because the cannon had multiple kills. Keep it off the map and you almost always have an advantage.
In depth tip for fighting Stu, from a Stu main 1. Pay attention to the star power they really affect his gameplay and strengths, if he has gaso-heal, he's not just a mid range threat anymore, he's a close one, so depending on the match up you really should watch out for him dashing into you with his burn and extra survivability. With his zero drag star power he becomes a bit more of a far range and mid range threat because of the range helping him dodge, it also makes it easy for him to get in and out of your range which helps him get a burn off on you and get away 2. Watch out for his gadgets, in particular his breakthrough gadget it gives him a surprise factor in walls and extra damage, in other words stop chasing stu's close to a wall, even when he's low and especially when he has super, he can easily outrun you most of the time allowing him to heal which puts you on a bad spot, also keep in mind that with this gadget he can also break walls like colt, especially with his zero drag, so keep that in mind when you're a thrower and you see Stu, his speed gadget, well it's easy to destroy so when you see it just peek a bit and take a shot at it, maybe over extend a bit it's not as committal as destroying a Jessie turret so there's leeway and it takes away a team speed buff and makes him have to use another gadget, he can also use it to block a non piercing attack 3. Try not to solo him, he wants that because he's good at that, get at least 2 teammates at him when he's trying to attack someone and/or stay close together, that will really discourage him from fighting making him less effective, he'll lose because he has less interactions on the fight 4. This is going out to the Edgar's, primos and etc... out there, don't jump on him, even when he's low health because yes you could kill him but he also has the chance of getting out of your range, it's a bit of a 50/50 and it also means that you might displace yourself position wise, that you might've just used your super without a kill and that he might get some shots at you when you're out of your range, I'd recommend jumping him when he's in a corner, when he's low on ammo and/or when your super alone is enough to kill him but if he has zero drag then you can throw those options out the window
I got a tip for surge: If you see him, and he has a gadget, then stay as far away as possible because you'll never know when he is going to rush you, but in a situation where surge has no more gadgets, then, RUSH HIM, he will be powerless.
Another tip for going against griff. NEVER RUN AWAY FROM HIS SUPER. Instead go to the sides or you risk walking into a banknote and taking maximum range damage. I’m a griff main and I see that happen way too often.
Tip for countering Brock: Brock's super attacks a big area but leaves him completely vulnerable. When he's using his super, try to attack him. There's literally nothing he can do.
Another tips for countring leon: 1. Stay close to leon so that you can see whether his super is charged or not, because if you will not do that, you won't be able to sleep next 7 months thinking whether leon is invisible or not. 2. Use walls so that his shots will not hit you because his super can sometimes be game changing. 3. Change lanes with your teammates that can easily kill his lollipop because its like infinite sandy's super. Hope that these tips will help you :D
Another tip for buz: their super is super (no pun intended) predictable. If you see him with a charged super, get ready to use something with knockback like gale’s super to interupt him
