I like the Craftsman look, and the entry has a coat closet! I presume that's a sealed gas fireplace. I'd remove the silly saloon doors into the kitchen and widen the opening. The dining room display cabinet could have doors for storage. The claw-foot tub in the master is not easily used with a shower, so I'd swap it for a more practical tub. The bedrooms have good closets. With some tweaks, this would be a great plan!

Fantastic!! You included a hot water heater and the HV/AC space. I love this. The glass cabinets on either side of the fireplace are such a nice touch.

I like it, but was is the spot numbered 19, but say what it is? I wish it had a pantry and a stand along shower in the master with a seat. It says the # 12 is the door to the basement.. Go outside to go to the basement???? Not a good idea

The only access to the basement is from outside? You certainly don't design houses for colder climates at all. No one runs outside to get to their basement if a tornado is coming, or to get stored goods when it's -32 degrees F outside. THINK before you draw.
