Whoa you're braving the heat and vlogging out there in Beautiful Ravello. Yes i understand you are "in the present moment" when you are in a new location traveling. That is the antidote for anxiety. Ravello is an ancient city founded in the 5th century, it is believed to be a refuge for some high-society families from Amalfi at a time of internal conflict between the most powerful families. During the 9th century, Ravello prospered a lot as an active part of the Maritime Republic of Amalfi. In 1086, to limit the power of Amalfi, it was named the seat of a diocese. In the 12th century it was a prosperous and powerful city with about 25 thousand inhabitants. It was in 1137 after two years of resistance, that he fell under the power of Pisa; was looted and destroyed. Many of its inhabitants fled to Naples or nearby cities.✨✨ In the last century, Ravello has once again become a famous and considered city of culture, above all for great artists, musicians, intellectuals, actors. Every year, during the summer, the Ravello Festival dedicated to music, art and culture is held.
