I did this to my long hair for years! But I would put my hair up in a cap and then I would have a blow dryer. I had one of these hairdryers it’s a little unit that you plug in and it has the soft tap and you put the soft cap on and dries your hair with curlers in it or whatever and so that’s what I used and I just let then I put a plastic cap over all of my bleach and then I put the big heater dryer cap over that because the heat not super hot but the heat really just bring them up bring my hair out to that beautiful platinum look. Now I don’t have to do any of it anymore. My hair has gray coming through and I try to help my gray come through faster so in a lot of the gray seems to frame my face and my crown which is great! So now if I want to put a no lift toner on it and have it more of a blonde I can do that I can use the purple shampoo I’m in Brighton it up I can put a caramel tone whatever! ❤ Very very good video!😊

Looks great!! I'm doing an all over platinum blonde right now, so I'm scared to bleach on my own. But when I go back to highlight/lowlights, I will try this!!

I soooo miss you !!!!!! Hope all is well!!!! I want you back!!!! I've been watching you since Ive been having my hair problems. I had surgery early 2016 and lost almost all of my hair. I've purchased most of the high end extensions and LOVE yours the Best. I love love love your extensions! Mostly the ash extensions you had made for me. Thanks for the tips! I have tried lowlighting my hair in the past and never had a good result. I think I was using a dye that wasn't dark enough. It's scary using a color that dark because you never know if it's going to look good, and if it doesn't then you are going to have to bleach it out, which will cause more damage. I'm going to try that shade 5A. You hair looks so pretty!

+Kris Thank you so much! Yeah I agree - anything lighter either turns the wrong shade or is hardly visible. When you wash your hair and the 5A mixes with the blond - it really blends well and is overall lighter than you would think. Just small strands at first and you will be all good!

+52weeksofbeauty Hi~ I tried lowlighting with the L'Oreal 5A and I really like the results! My hair is similar to yours, so the added dimension of the lowlights help to make it look thicker. I have gone to the salon twice in the past, once the highlights were red, and the other time my whole head was pretty much brown! So after that I never wanted to go in and get it done again. I never would have tried that shade fearing it was too dark, but it's perfect! Thanks again! XOXO

Kris it's, it's so hard to pick a lowlight color. Right now I'm bleaching my hair very light, so 9a is enough to give me low lights that aren't too zebra like

I got mine on eBay and I just used 1/4 oz I think - I'd have to check to be sure, it comes with a syringe. And thank you! 💕

I was wondering why you do not sell Miss Flirty hair seamless clip ins. in 24" . i so want to try some of your hair ,but i really would love the longer hair. so plz, plz, try to sell the longer hair extentions would be ever so greatfull for that .I really enjoy all your great tip and tricks on hair and nails. you are always in my prayers. thanks so much for all your hard work.

wow that turned out beautiful mine always turns out kind of strawberry blonde and it drives me crazy even if I use a cool tone shade what am I doing wrong?

This is a good idea! I've been trying to do mine but it always comes out too brassy, I think it's cause I would only leave it on for 30 min. Would you say your base color was a level 5,6, or 7? Or do you know?

Thank you so much! My base is a level 5 in the winter and a level 6 ish in the summer.
