OMG I have been waiting for your views on these extensions. The weight probably has to do with the rubbery backing. I can imagine how much weight that adds to it. But so glad to see a hair video from you. I wear tape in's but I sandwich them. I would love to see tape ins like these with tape only on one side and the other hand tied. Thank you for the video. Hi Julie! Yeah - I agree, it has to be the rubbery backing for sure. My husband just asked if I could pleaseeee just take these out - he keeps seeing the thick ends poking out on the side lol! Going back to the seamless tape wefts but maybe only tape on one side to see how that works. God Bless you too! xoxo!

Hi! Aw! Thank you - I sooo miss doing them!! I usually wear about 5 of my Miss Flirty Seamless Cuticle Wefts (about 120-130g) and they come with 3/8" tape on them!

Christy, when I do my tapeins, which unfortunately I did not from you, I only used tape on one side because my natural hair is so thin and fine. If I tried the tape on both sides all my own hair would just stick and look funky! And I can only wear them in the fall they very early paring here in Texas. Since my hair is so fine and straight, when I get hot my natural hair wants to wave on the name of my neck, sticking out funny! Lol and I only wear a few at a time now that my hair has grown long! I just need some thickness.

I don't understand what you mean by tape only on one side. I wear tape-ins and sandwich my hair in between two tape ins. How do you do only one side. I am so curious because my hair is also very thin. Thanks for any help!!!

Hi! On Seamless Wefts (not tabs) - you can use DuoPro tape on only one side and it should hold very well!

Hi! I do a loose top knot with a spiral hair tie - I love them so much! They gently hold my hair and they don't harm the extensions at all!

Christy burn the sweater or give it away !! to someone else, you are so distracted an u never got to how you do the install ???? Please could you do the video over again an address 1. How TO ACTUALLY PUT THE TIE /tape ins in… 2. I tried Christy Allysen's way and now I'm sitting here in tears in pain. These extensions are stinking to my scalp and very uncomfortable. I should've just done the sandwich method! And now I can't get it out! I've tried acetone, rubbing alcohol, oil and conditioner. This is a terrible way to install these. You can lose hair and looks like a birds nest back there. Now I have to go to a professional just to get this off. I'm pissed!

The un-sandwich method works great if you follow all Christy's tips and tricks, take care of them, buy the proper oils and removers. She has all the info in her channel.
