I love and appreciate you my bro! Thank you so much for your support bro! I just want to do my part and give you guys the things I needed when I was starting out 🙏🏼💙
im hella skinny in the arms and you were one of the fellas who actually motivated me to improve my entire body and start working out. I'm going to the gym soon, so wish me luck fellas
Don’t wanna let seasoning sit on chicken for too long I’d say like an hr max. Starts to get wierd after that, but brining is a different story. Not the same as marinading a steak
@@Kingotfu you dont want acid to interact with the meat for too long. If you dont add lemon, then marinating overnight is the best. Or do marinate without lemon for overnight and then add lemon juice an hour or so before cooking.
@@NoelDeyzelneed to ask is buffalo hot sauce with shreaded chicken a healthy seasoning its low in carbs, sodium, sugars, fats, calories and fiber and tastes great Idk alot but I see that as a win wby. Also the company that I get my buffalo sauce from is smartfoods.
When I cook in the kitchen my sons ( ages 3 and 9) and I keep saying “blend that bitch.” His teacher wrote a letter home cause he said it in class during an art project. Hahahhahaha.
I weighed almost 290 pounds last July, my buddy started taking me to the gym with him but I still wasn’t feeling like I was doing shit right, daddy Noel and his teachings of food, mindset, and exercises have legit helped me learn how I need to in order to be successful, I now weigh 238 and I’m still going strong.
I recently just started exercising more and have lost 15 pounds, seeing stuff like this really motivates me to keep going. Good job and keep up the good work!
I swear, Noel is a renaissance man. He knows how to inspire, cook, and being a father figure, as well as teaching us all of the things we may not want to hear, but need too. He’s just good at everything. 10/10 human being.
Jy is amazing man. Nice to see a South African making such good content. We a little country but we produce quality. Regards from a Saffa living in Japan.
Try marinating the chicken in Harissa paste (grilled red peppers basically) with a squeeze of lemon and paprika as well, for at least 30 min before cooking, it tastes exactly like fast food shawarmas! Either way yours look amazing too
Noel I don't know if you'll see this, and I don't know if you're conscious of this (you may just not be very spiritual) but your spirit is incredibly powerful. I know you won't be confused by my choice of word powerful, but I want to elaborate for anyone else who reads this, the resilience, compassion, and love that you apply in every word and action I've seen is truly one of the most inspiring things I've seen from someone who still interacts with the general public. A true bodhisattva if there ever was one (it's a Buddhist term for a Buddha who instead of disappearing to the mountains in his bliss, comes back to society to share his wisdom)
