Marcus, I know you have a routine that you like to go through when you do the interviews but she had a pretty compelling story to tell before you interrupted her because you had to go back to your format.
@@deloramurphy1625 Filing for lawsuits, and applying for disability takes alot of paperwork and patience. Not to mention, she needs a reliable address to receive mail. I don't know if her depression, or addiction got in the way of her handling her business. But had she done it, money and homelessness may not had been a problem for her at this time.
As a journalist, I think you need to study how to ask questions without offending people. These folks are near rock bottom. You don't want to make them feel worse.
Marcus, you should take a break and seek counseling. Your work is taking a toll and it shows in your interviews. Do no harm first. It’s hard to help folks when you’re depleted. Recharge, renew your purpose and compassion.
@nikkib I absolutely agree with you. When he posted taking a break for his daughter's birthday I suggested it then. Marcus needs a break to prioritize what is truly important. I was disgusted during this interview. His need to discuss sexual content so explicitly is troubling. I suggest he take a look at this interview and see where he could have talked more about her accident and why she has been homeless so long would have been just as compelling. One of the recent videos with Josias,he says he just went on a date and he was there following Josias who was drunk and acting a fool. He should have been enjoying himself with his date. Since he won't take a break, I think we should. I don't want to feed myself this filth.
Hope He Listen... Balance Is The Key He's Definitely Invested In These People And I'm Sure We Only See A Small Portion Of What Goes On... A Break Is Necessary
Facts! Holding on to that I got a husband, my husband this and my husband that and ain’t no husband around them for years providing anything for them lol it’s a joke!
I don't mind living in a lower cost of living place, making great money and save for the next opportunities. Living beyond your personal at the moment means is to not care about how others feel about your decision.
This guy man is funny asking her about a job then tell her he would never hire her because she has shit going on, no words of encouragement. He got all up in her sexual business then gonna talk shit. These ppl have to stop being so thirsty for that change he gives them.
Exactly if people think your desperate and low on your life some people will handle you this way. I wonder how much he will give her. God bless her life.
Marcus we must talk sir. You must remember that you need these people for your livelihood. So treat them as such. Slow down so we can listen without rushing to listen. This woman is a Queen!
I’m surprised you didn’t seem interested in her horrible accident . The trauma alone is enough to cause mental distress . Was she compensated financially ?. After. 9 years of homelessness , she seems to still has her wits and was able to “gather” you a time or two !!!
@@cajunscorpionyou are so right!!! I found out a long time ago that is what the clinical workers do is ask these types of questions just to break you down. That's exactly why I don't have one now I don't need my trauma to be repeated and reminded of
I know the triggering of these vulnerable women gets views but licensed social worker that arr employed by crisis lines know not to even ask for sexual details of abuse as that can trigger more self directed harm like relapses, cutting, promiscuity, and or suicides.
We've been complaining about that for a while but he doesn't take it into consideration as long as one interviewee validates this horrible and dangerous triggering he does
Exactly I felt that was inappropriate. He was stressing for traumatic experiences and he should have stopped. She was clearly uncomfortable talking. About her molestation. Those details aren't any of his business.
@@haasman100She seems very honest and forthcoming about her past and present circumstances. Hi highly doubt she’d withhold that information if it were true.
She's actually a pretty woman. Feel so bad about her losing her right arm. Guess she has to stay high in order to just live with a missing arm and on the street, yet she can still giggle sometimes or crack jokes.
Dude you are so insensitive. You do not need to be interviewing women when they have been through trauma especially sexual trauma. You cold and can cause further trauma, greater trauma
Don't be so degrading. This woman is a human being. She's somebody's mother, daughter, and sister. She's obviously someone that has been through somethings. And on top of that she lost her arm. Mentally she's struggling and self medicating with street drugs. She's seems like such a sweet woman.
Her whole demeanor changed as soon as he asked her about the childhood trauma/molestation and in detail at that... I wanted to unsubscribe after this one and continued lack of compassion on this video and many others but realized I'm not subscribed on the channel I'm viewing it from currently to do so ... I'm not against the work he maybe trying to do but he needs some help, training, another person/personality etc for sure to ensure he's not causing more harm to these vulnerable people. Just some constructive criticism from an lifelong empath who's dealing with similar issues as some of these people even with a roof over my head 🏡, a lil raggedy car 🚗 and that dusty ass job with the ungrateful employers 🏪 he's always asking about 😘🖤🥺❤️🩹😇
@@tornhumblequoia Be safe and strong out here... I'm struggling to do the same at this very moment. I also subscribed to your channel bc if someone like you were to do videos like this I know the vibes would be gentle & beneficial lol 😂❤️🩹😇. It isn't too much nonjudgmental help out here for ppl (kids/adults) so we can't rely on others to help without greatly benefiting themselves but with a few great, like-minded and humble individuals linked together 🔗 even just spiritually we'll be enough to help encourage each other to our greatness and through the darkness 😇❣️🙂
What I don't get is how he's asking her why her husband left. Unless he told her why, she doesn't know. One can only answer for themselves. And I don't like how when she was telling you what she does, you just blatantly cut her off. I think that's very rude and inconsiderate. What's your point that you're trying to get at when YOU want to know... HAS ANYTHING EVER HAPPENED TO YOU!!! What's the point of asking. There are LOTS of reasons that ppl become homeless. If you're truly trying to help the ppl, THEN HELP THE PPL..... it's more to it than getting views U laugh at the wrong things it's almost as if you encourage the homelessness because that's your way of getting continued supplemental income. Your ❤isn't in it, which is very evident in the way that you conduct these interviews
What is this youtuber doing to assist these homeless people get their lives back? They need more help than a couple of hundred dollars cash. He is starting to sounds like he is being exploitative and devoid of compassion at this point.
You shoved her on only 30 seconds into the interview with telling her "I get it" and then clearly making it known that you weren't interested in hearing any more from her. Then why interview her? I have a degree in journalism. She needed someone to listen to her and it clearly wasn't you. I wanted to hear what she had to say. This was about her but you made it all about you through your crass interview style. I would probably take this video down and start over. It doesn't make you seem very compassionate nor likeable. And maybe you didn't mean that???
I usually don’t have empathy for drug addicts but this lady has definitely touched my heart and made me think a little different now. This is a good woman who if she had the correct help she would have been well off. However I do wan to say, you have to show a little bit more compassion. I understand you’re trying to tell her it is what it is, but it’s coming off a little aggressive and hopeless. Just be a little bit more careful how you ask questions and respond. That lady was so respectful and kept calling you “sir” with all respect.
I actually thought the exact same thing. Her sisturation sounds different than just a lazy person who chose drugs over there self or there children. He's being kind of harsh.
Don’t forget she’s a human just because u haven’t walked in her shoes don’t make u perfect.. thanks for the interviews. Praying for her and all the ones u interviewed 🤞🏿🫶🏿
I would love to see a before pic. You can tell she probably was very pretty with long hair. The way she kept flinging her make believe hair had me cracking up. I wish her nothing but the best🙏🏾
@@michellej4289 no I’m not equating her beauty with having long hair. I said she probably had long hair with how she flinging her hair. Sorry that you interpreted it that way. However that is not what I meant. Have a nice day!
@marionwilson7922 My thoughts exactly the way she was tucking make believe hair behind her ear 👂 took me out. But listening to other ppls stories makes me think twice about complaining about my troubles I truly hope she finds peace and help🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I worked for 15 years straight i suffer from depression. Please stop with why you can't work everyone is different im trying to go back. But my sleep is so bad im fatigue as well i tried everything i just sell stuff legally to survive cause me working for someone cant happen
There are different types of depressions. From the way she presents things, I think that PTSD plays a major factor in her inability to keep a steady job. We have as well to keep in mind that she is not telling us the whole story.
@@donna9127 i suffer from insomnia also. Hell yeah my whole mood be off trying to work on others schedule. I'm doing better now because I don't have that stress
My prayer for her is that she'll really be serious about getting the help she needs. Marcus idk if you just have poor listening skills or trying to catch her in a lie. She said in the beginning she was still married, so why ask her about alimony? You could've asked her if she has a lawsuit going w/ MARTA, idk the specifics but she did lose a limb. You could've asked if she has applied for disability, if not navigate her to the proper resources. You be letting me down w/ your questions/lack thereof
If she was really trying to get alimony she would filed for divorce and got her support from her husband. He is benefiting from her not actually having her head on straight….
Good evening Everyone!!!.. Marcus why were you sooo abrupt with her.. My opinion you were very very insensitive instead of appreciative that she stop to share her story.. Come on Man!!!!!!
This is so sad she is a beautiful woman this why woman need to start being independent women like me and build they own business and empire and buy they own houses and cars I don't even thinking about getting married are a husband I just have a friend this why im stress free
I can't stand the guy that's having fun broadcasting these people at their worst and at their lowest. I wonder if he would like to see his children showcased during such a bad time? When they get their lives together in the future he can throw this in their faces. 😢
Yes that is probably why he did that cause she gave him the business before he even started filming her and she pissed him off and he did the interview anyway cuz you know he's hungry for that Money 🤑🤑💰💰🤑🤑💰💰🤑🤑💰💰🤑🤑💰
Las Vegas and Atlanta is probably one of the worst places to move to when you’re married 😂 I mean a man is going to cheat regardless but it’s a bigger possibility living there.
Exactly because there are a lot more hoes than in regular places and males are silly enough to think it's them the hoe's want....not their money. Good grief.
This lady should’ve walked away once she seen this interview 😂was going left like this the fact she stayed around for this foolish Shows to me something is not right either obviously. I can see she was very beautiful back in her day tho This is another version of Black on Black crime to me
My question is !! I just come across your interviews .. but what are you doing to help them!! I want to see some success stories not just for your success on YT but there success stories!!
This woman spoke many TRUTHS… living and working and worrying about a child who is ungrateful. The lord knows I’ve been through this, to no avail. Once they leave, it takes time to realize the gift 🎁 of departure…I’m now still trying to find myself after being a single Dad raising 4 kids by myself…thank you God for not allowing me to lose myself but giving me the strength to prevail and excel in Life…I relate to this woman. 🙏🏾
Very poor interview. Glossing over and minimalizing trauma is disgusting. The constant interrupting and judging a married woman's sex life is beyond. Waste of time.
I agree, something about her story just screams "I wouldn't stop getting high, and my husband got tired of that ish". I wish her the best but she gotta get off them drugs.
@@chassidyjackson4916 usually the story. They say he wanted other women and that he kicked them out. Wanted women who dont get high and kicked them out because they would be gone for days on end and come back just to steal things.
I think Marcus need to be more mindful of the deep details and forceful questions he's asking these people. You can see that she and most of these people ate being triggered by some of the intimate questions he's asking. Where does he draw the line? Remember these individuals are still humans and their feelings should be respected no matter their circumstances.
Why do you always ask about childhood molestation and sexual assault each interview, yet seem shocked and insulted when she's adverse to oral sex as an adult? I don't understand the logic. You always say, "I get it" but you don't seem to actually. Your interview questions were very tone deaf.
I’m not feeling how you was making her feel because she didn’t wanna suck his thing , if she didn’t want to or didn’t feel like getting freaking she doesn’t and didn’t have tooo sh-t done p’ me offff
Also,. Marcus --- you totally missed the part where she uses her marketing prowess to make money. You missed a lot of points that shows your same indifference to homeless CITIZENS as most people do. Please try to wake up to the unconsciousness rather than contribute to the stigma. With all due respect, shame on you.
Basically she was born in a drug infested household full of abuse and became a drug addict couldn't work n was depressing to be around but its the guys fault for moving on from a drug addict.
Why didn't she sue the escalator company? And why is she not receiving disability? This is crazy these folks don't even try to get their stuff together I feel for her but it's clear she has some kinda mental issues blocking her from doing anything about her situation
Something seems off about this channel and the interviews done . Question does the person who is interviewing these people help them in anyway? I see the QR code thing . But the way he talks to them is unsettling.
@@Kelthagreat97 this is a shame. It's a stretch but the statutes of limitations timeframe begins once the loss etc is recognized. A savvy attorney could argue due to her situation and state of mind she should be granted the ability to file late. File it with a prayer because it's a long stretch. :). However, this injury can be grandfathered in if another loss was recognized due to the loss of this arm.... interesting strategy.
