Absolutely gorgeous flowers with butterflies and bees, lily ponds, and running creeks. Those overhanging grapes looked tempting overhead, but you enjoyed some tasty-looking pizza. 🏵🐝🥀🦋🌺🍕🍺Yum!

Coincidentally, we just visited RHS Hyde Hall in Essex, which was also very worth a visit. We'll have to make a point of visiting RHS Bridgewater. Obviously, I ignored most of the footage and just concentrated on the star of the video, and Tilly is still looking gorgeous and spritely. Oh, Carol seems to be getting by too 😉Take care you three 😀
Good morning 😊 We plan to cruise to RHS Bridgewater in early September from Cheshire via Preston Brook tunnel. Are there good moorings near RHS Bridgewater please? The Bridgewater Canal is privately owned and there are some restrictions it seems. Thanks for all your informative videos!
Hi Steven, Yes, we like mooring just before the Bridgewater Marina on the right rather than the towpath side. There is a grassy area with good distance between the mooring and the path. The path, which leads to RHS Bridgewater has solar lights in it, to help at night (but you will still need a form of light to see clearly). It's quiet, and there are other narrowboats nearby. The marina staff (Dave in particular) are lovely and you can purchase red diesel and gas. Water is also available. It's an easy walk to RHS Bridgewater and there are really good walks for dogs. It is about a 20 minute walk to Worsley Delph, which we are featuring in our next video. You can walk into Boothstown where there is a small Sainsbury local shop, a chemist, WONDERFUL burgers and loaded fries at Buffalo Bar and Grill. Be sure to check it out.
