55 + Community| Did You Know That On Top Of The World is One of the Largest In Florida | Ocala FL 

We always have the best time here when visiting my Dad and his wife !

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of residents out enjoying the amenities at this community.

New construction floor plans are nice, but the place seemed very limited compared to the Villages (my opinion). There just seems to be more to do. I did do an official tour of OTOTW and my parents live in The Villages. There are zero water features at OTOTW which is on purpose (we were told). I can see it being attractive to some, but it wasn’t for us. And again, their new construction floor plans are really nice. It’s the one advantage they have over Villages new construction IMO.

It looks like a warehouse for old people. Nobody around.

Are there any 55+ areas without golf courses

There's no one around!!! Talk about G-d's waiting room, it looks like all the residents have already popped their clogs!!!

can you get to everything in a golf cart, walking, or bike? Trying to find somewhere you don't really need a car.

How do we speak to you regarding visitation the week of July 4th ( visiting family in Port St Lucie ) . Looking for a 55 + community to live . Hopefully relocating spring -summer 2023.

Are you guys agents for used homes here or do they have there own used homes sales department?

What is the average age at OTOW? What are some of the younger average age 55+ communities?

Why do we not own the property if we build our house? Land lease?

Why would they make you throw trash at dumbster and deliver to mailbox away from home . So dumb and inconvenient
