I have been researching online OTOW and The Villages - hearing good about both. I do have a question that I can’t find the answer to. Regarding the land lease… I understand what it is, but how would that affect me as a home buyer in OTOW? We would likely pay cash for our house, but what other costs could we expect? What is the cost of the land lease? Would we still pay property taxes? What about that bond I keep reading about? If someone could answer that I’d appreciate it.

Definitely not. We have visited/stayed 3 times. No pressure, fair price, and awesome people. Only difference is you can skip the city orientation tour if recently visited. Hard to leave this place if you visit. Sold our home in VA 60 days ago. Once we leave Greece in Nov 26, we are relocating.
