As if healthproblems never come from toxic people who don´t care about the feelings of others. I guess too many people prefer to think that emotional problems are based of what you focus on not what you have to deal with through people who have no clue about humanity. If you are stupid enough to think that depression comes from living in the past then you only show that you nothing about this kind of pain and only match it with things that are too simple to see it as the same thing just because it looks the same from the outside. Depression is a form of trauma not a longing in the past. But crazy people will talk shit like this and pretend they know what they are talking about. I guess too many people know how to manipulate the world so everybody thinks that the victims of abuse are just people who prefer to live in the past or the future as if it´s nothing deeper. Cheap answers of problems is all that comes from people who deny the reality and blame it on the one who suffer. Nothing is more toxic that to think that pain never comes from others as if it comes from the wrong view or the wrong prioritys.
