Hi, I do not know someone other than what I see at car shows. There was a car and workmanship that caught my eye enough to do some research as to who they are. Cacho Customs is the company. They had a few Mercuries at the 2023 Road Kings Show in Burbank. I checked out their Facebook page and they duo some amazing work. I can't figure out whether they are in Los Angeles or Santa Maria. If I come up with something further I will let you know.@@glenngamst61
I owned a "56" Nomad for 32 years. It was a basket case when I bought it but it was my dream car. I did a lot of work on it from straightening, sand blasting, and painting the frame to replacing floor pans. But I never finished it. A gentleman called me up out of the blue (I had never put it up for sale) and offered me a lot of money sight unseen for it. Me, like the idiot that I am sold it. I literally cried when it left the driveway. Fast forward 12 years and I now have a "63" Fire engine red Ford Falcon Futura Convertible. I named her "Ruby" because of her color and the fact that she's a gem. But, I'll always regret selling the Nomad.
Hey, thanks for checking out the videos. I had a 1967 Chevy II Nova in 1981 that I sold for pennies of what it would be worth today but more than the money, I miss the car. Thanks again.
