We want a clean guy/girl who washes their dishes and doesn't smokeand and is clean and tidy,we want to keep it that way, it has two bathrooms both with bath and shower over the bath, GCH and a good size lounge, with garden and sun terrace, which is great for barbies in the summer. The kitchen is a great size and has plenty of Fridge/Freezer space, large dining area, lots of cupboards, and a washing machine.
Ideally you should be 25 plus, professional with a reasonable job.
You can either catch a bus which arrives every 12 mins on St John Lane or walk into Bedminster, the local train station is minutes, away with a quick connection into Temple Meads.
