I love this band workout...such a refreshing change from lifting weights. lOVE the intermediate cardio bursts and how you constantly talk to us to keep us inspired. Good job Allison!

This was my first resistant band exercise and I found this easy to follow. Thank you for explaining the position of the band and ways to modify! I love your personality Alice! I did this following my 3.5 mile run and I'm beat!
