absolute best biggerpockets pod cast I've listened to i am 23 I started when I was 21 and I have two rental properties to date. this show has inspired me to actually achieve my goal of acquiring 25 more rental units by my next birthday I believe I can achieve anything I want if I really want it and this show has given me another kick in the butt to get me out of the rut I've been in. no more excuses I will achieve great things
+john g yes I am the landlord for the two properties. also I see your other comment i would recommend that you do more resurch to see what appeals to you most if you want to do flips rentals whole sailing or possibly apartment complexes I'm looking into apartment complexes but you need to learn a whole lot more a great resource for that is theMichaelblank.com you can also get lots of information from biggerpockets.com as well but be sure to do your research first have a strong understanding of the lingo and and different types of investing

I only go to the movie theater on tuesday $5 movie night my friends don't mind tuesdays. Used cars. reaching out to this guy, been trying to find great workers in the nashville area. I know a guy who spent $50,000 via credit cards on a wholesaling course.. Yea it happens he could have took the $50,000 and mailed whole parts of texas. This was inspiring. Increased the mail marketing and networking with guys making deals. man 22,000 in mail marketing you would be rolling in offers. Great interview! very encouraging. take action, make the phone calls and close the deals.
I’m 21 watching this now so this dude is probably reached his goal by 25. Very inspiring , I want to model his work ethic and apply it to my own life. You guys should do a update episode to see where he’s at currently!

no, you don't have to come from a rich family to get started, me and my family live in a trailer since i was a kid, now I'm 20 and bought my first trip-plex about 3 moths ago, all you need is a decent job and have a good credit. but yes you might not buy that many property that fast, but if you put your mind to it you will succeed, it might take years, but you will if you are willing to put the time and dedication into it, trust in your self, and don't be scared of failing, in my opinion, i would rather go bankrupt than to be working all my life and having a secure job. just do it , that was my biggest fear was thinking i wouldn't be able to pay the mortgage. TAKE ACTION!
jose sarabia If a had a decent job I wouldnt be here to bigin with. Yes I have great credit, but Ive given up. You cant finance anything with great credit but shitty minimum wage jobs. So Im not working anymore, or trying anymore, and soon Im planning suicide. Im done. Theres no opportunity here. Theres no love here. Theres nothing good on this shitty planet.
