In 2 years you can buy houses at half the price so patience always wins. Canadian market is replicating a scenario like the United States housing market. With foreigners tax still market going crazy due to high levels of printing money. Once money printing stops, and people realize that half of the Canadian workforce have been laid off due to vaccine mandates that’s when reality really hits!
