I’ve been living alone for a few years now and while I enjoy my solitude, sometimes I get into a downward spiral into depression when I’m by myself all the time. But your videos have helped me enjoy my life again and doing the simplest and smallest things. I have to remind myself to continue to practice gratitude. Thank you for reminding me that there’s beauty in the simple pleasures.
Yes beauty in her many teacups !!! Each one a unique design… a certain pattern and colors reflecting another day for Nami to enjoy. I admire Nami s work ethic … how she understands that work comes before her daily pleasures… such as … clean up at night before bedtime so the breakfast can be prepared seamlessly. writing a daily to do list helps her focus on special daily goals and reminders… the more organized her day the more satisfying her eveningtime hours… Nami s food purchases reflect her meal ideas and are well thought out and because her kitchen is always clean she can look forward to enjoying her dinner sooner than later ! ps I do admire how young school children in Japan are taught life skills … example cleaning up after themselves after school lunches … wash the tables and sweep the floors ect. Nami does more living, and is more productive, in her tiny apartment, than most of us in our big houses. She amazes, and inspires, me. I envy her morning walks in Tokyo. I love city walking and no city I’ve been to is more fascinating than Tokyo.

That is a good idea Nami, going back a little bit to normality by wearing make- up and normal clothes. I will try this next monday and hope, that I can still practice it (after nearly one year in the home office and wearing no make-up). I wish you a nice week. Me too! I can't even remember when was the last time I had make up on and wore normal clothes since working at home. There's something about dressing up that makes us feel like we have a special occasion or place to go to. Being stuck at home all day makes me feel less motivated to put effort in improving my appearance to look even half-decent and presentable because nobody will see me anyway, lol. But after of year long of wearing nothing but loose comfortable clothing, it has definitely made me feel like I lost a sense of normality of a daily routine that I used to love and look forward to doing every morning.
It's so bad, I spent the entire year in baggy clothes so when I started going out again recently I keep wearing baggy clothes out - something I never did before. I just found Nami's channel and the first inspiration is to dress like a human being again 😊
I would love to see Tokyo and other parts of Japan during the Spring, but I would probably stroll around to take in the sights but it looks like a beautiful place to take a long walk or a good run, not in the Summer, it’s too hot and humid.

This video makes me want to get up at 5 a.m. (instead of staying up until 5 a.m., a habit I've gotten into during pandemic isolation), clean my apartments (which is about 5 times larger than Nami's and so cluttered!!!!), go for walks, eat like a grownup and wear some of my many lovely pieces of clothing that I've collected over the years. This video was so enjoyable.

Your videos remind me of when I was single and living alone in my downtown apartment before I met my husband and had kids. It was a more calm and easier life. Lol
No need to store honey in the fridge. Put on regular shelf. If kept on shelf for long time and begins to crystallize, pop in microwave to soften. Honey is something that lasts almost forever.

Formage blanc is a fresh cheese similar to Italian Ricotta, Mexican Queso Fresca, Quark etc. It has a lower fat content than creme fresh. You can strain it through a couple of layers of cheesecloth or a thin tea towel in a sieve to reduce the moisture content and use it as a cream cheese substitute. You can also whip it until fluffy for a whipped cream substitute. Mix with fruit or with herbs for a sweet or herbal dip. Plain Greek yogurt is similar, but more tangy. Difiero amigo, porque de verdad no entiendo,como es posible que en su canal existan dislikes,hay personas que dan eso,no entiendo si es en contra del canal, o es en contra de que promociona una forma de compartir su cultura,o que se les hace incorrecto,sería interesante la retroalimentación conocer el motivo de sus dislikes,en lo personal me gusta el canal.
