Like litelary every player with 500+ hours can get behind enemy team before they even get to the half of the map with just normall movement but yea with grapple you can get those jucy flanks on them but for example me I always go 1v6 so yea grapple hurts me more than it helps quite often xd

adonidem it’s because many people didn’t buy it since the first one didn’t do too well, also many people didn’t realize this game was multi platform. The first one was an xbox exclusive. I think if the game was marketed better and players fully knew what they were getting it would’ve done well from launch.

Also because EA sandwiched it’s release between Battlefield and CoD, which is a death sentence for a FPS

Not sure, Many pc fps die because of no support or no players, the 2 things combine and there's no production, devs are scared to invest and players are scared to engage with low playerbase, or devs dont have money to improve because of low sales, but titanfall is somewhere inbetween; I would have liked to try it at peak because personally the mode that is playable atm at least on ps4 is only the one with minions and it actually doesnt make the game enjoyable for me; just opinions

Another game plagued with cheaters due to crap anti cheat. On PC anyway....

The game is so unbelievably beautiful and the maps scenery makes you realize that there is othe stuff bigger than you, it makes me so happy and nostalgic seeing this game and the efforts that red pawn put into it with no recognition

It took me a few weeks how master the grapple hook and it payed off in the long run

The Source Engine (Yes that one for Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike Global Offensive) has always been so fantastic for movement, that's why there's an amazing Surf community. Makes me wish Valve were as knowledgeable with their own engine unlike Respawn were. Could have been more games with movement as satisfying as this for sure

Additionally, the release date of Titanfall 2 was mishandled to such a degree that it was lost in the flood of competing franchises. On a final note, comparing the two isn't functionally effective. They're entirely different in presentation, marketing, and the impact streamers have had on the game's visibility. Titanfall 2 didn't have the same visibility outlets whatsoever. I'm telling you again, comparing them on a strictly economic chart isn't a viable valuation of the games themselves.

That example. 4 tries. By luck. Hit the first bhop only o the first and fourth try. And it the fourth I also hit the 2nd bhop perfectly with a bit of luck. On average 5-10 tries. But some also 15

Grapple B hops all have set ranges so you can figure out the distances with some time, most grapple and Bhop spots are preset into the map for players to find so its a part of map knowledge.

No... slide hopping keeps the speed he had from the slingshot and strafe. He hit the slope perfectly enough to where he didn't scrape it and lose speed.

The movement mechanics can be found in different games etc cs:go. I'm pretty sure Titanfall runs on a different customized version of source but either way it still runs on source, love this game.
