I’m very similar to this because my face is long and round. I’ve found some exercises helpful on this channel but also found Olgatoja RU-vid channel for face massage to be very helpful. She also has a naturally round but shorter face and she has beautiful v-shape exercises that help this purpose a lot!

@@preethas8999 honstly one time , I fond a results , I don't know if the same thing wil be with you , I stopped this exercise because I was convinced that my nose was not really that big, , but I expect that it will show results in a week or three days at least
been trying her exercises for a while, and kinda double sided with the comments... ill try this everyday and edit the progression starting now well new plan im just gonna do this in a month, becuase the steps are kinda hard to follow. @@sheccidpina1707 hello i stopped ths exercise since it was kinda complicated for me to follow, but i am currently doing this exercise for nose bridge. Im sorry to ask but does nose exercises really work cause i've seen some vedios saying nose cant become by doing nose exercises thats why i stopped plzz tell me if they really work or not i just need your confirmation unnie
Well hey ,I have been doing face exercise for 3 years and yeah it works ....it will make your nose sharp and will tighten the muscle But it is a continuous process If you stop the results will be gone But you can star again ...just don't skip it for more than two days ...you will see the results 😊
I dont know about how this work for other but in my case my sister talled me that my nose being bigger and like eagle shape that whan I start nose exrcise but it totally a fail in my case when I start exercise my nose situation get worse and I stop doing that then I don't really mind my nose it's naturaly like that its better like that
Look, my sister, if you do these exercises vigorously, your nose will naturally become larger, but if you do these exercises flexibly and for at least 7 months, very beautiful results will appear. @@Fa19am but nose is not like that, bcz it is made up of cartilage bone, so we cannot slim our nose through exercise.I know its a sad truth. But I'm going to do this exercise anyway..
