🌸I do exercise for 2 week🌸 ✨ Doing exercise once a day✨ My left side of the nose is more fat or flat than the right side.. so hope this exercises helps to me😊 DAY 1 (05.09.2022) : ✅ DAY 2 (06.09.2022) : ✅ DAY 3 (07.09.2022) : ✅ (I think this exercise working on me. My nose looks a little bit smaller than before. But right side nose are lifted not the left side that much. So I doing this exercise 1 time more to the left side) DAY 4 (08.09.2022) : ✅ DAY 5 (09.09.2022) : ✅ DAY 6 (10.09.2022) : ❌ DAY 7 (11.09.2022) : ✅ DAY 8 (12.09.2022) : ✅ [SORRY I CAN'T DO EXERCISE FOR 10 DAYS (13.09.2022 - 23.09.2022) SO, I DOING EXERCISE FOR MORE 6 DAYS) Day 9 (24.09.2022) : ✅

делала подобные упражнения на протяжении трёх месяцев (конечно же я пропускала очень много дней) изменения очень видны и мой нос стал в сотни разы меньше , я раньше не могла даже сфоткаться или посмотреть как я выгляжу в камере из за этого комплекса, сейчас я спокойно фоткаюсь на камеру без фотошопа и масок котрые делали мой нос меньше

Since pretty much nobody is updating I decided I'll do it (I do this massage in the morning and before going to bed ) Day 1:Slight Change in my nose bridge Day 2: My nose feels a lot softer and more flexible,I also noticed the tip of my nose getting higher Day 3:The sides of my noses are starting to shrink Day 4:I can definitely notice changes ,the sides of my nose are a lot smaller and the tip of my nose is getting higher Day 5:I can definitely notice changes ,my nose isn't as wide anymore Day 6:My nose (especially the tip of my nose) is getting a lot higher than how it was before and i can definitely notice that my nose is getting slimmer too Day 7:I love how i already notice changes even tho I've only done this for one week,my whole nose is getting higher while my sides are shrinking ,I ALSO LOVE HOW THE tip of my nose isn't low anymore ,the biggest change so far is the way the tip of my nose got a lot higher -I stopped doing it after some time and the results stayed for around 2 months ,but afterwards my nose become almost as it was before ,with slight changes that still remain

@@paradise6806 I'm pretty sure you're going to have to constantly do this massage ,at least at the beggining ,every day for a couple of months ,after you see some huge changes you can try only doing it once or twice a week

Hey yall!! I'm going to do this everyday to see if something has change Day 1: there's a red mark on my nose 😟 but ofc it didn't change Day 2: it still didn't change probably gonna take a long time😀 Day 3: i saw a very very very very very very little change day 4: i was too busy with my modules... Day 5: too busy with my modules again Day 6 i was doing my projects so i forgot 😀

Hi! I already been doing this twice for four days now. And guys, the change is real. My brows also have gotten better it becomes symmetrical, they are on the same level. And my nose has gotten a little longer too.

okay ill start doing these exercises lol ill be updating u guys so that i dont forget abt them, hopefully i wont just get bored and stop:) day 1: i just finished the exercise and there’s definitely no change i didn’t expect any change at the first day anyways lol, ill keep goingg! day 2: eeee i dont see any change in my nose shape and no one commented on it, ill definitely keep going, its just the second day tho lol, i feel like ill start noticing changes in the third day for some reason hopefully my instinct is right lmaoo, so yep see ya tmrw! day 3: i still dont think theres any difference but ill keep going!:) day 4: still no change in the shape of my nose, but we r just in the beginning, still goingg! day 7 ig: i haven’t been doing this exercise the last two days bc i was busy lol, but i feel that i should be updating yall weekly i dont think there would be much change in a matter of days hehe. good luck for everyone out there trying to get a smaller nose!
