It is not healthy, we agree, but we cannot judge. I'm sure she keeps track of her meals and is in good health. I keep only the positive part, I didn't make the comment encouraging her to eat this way in all her meals. I'm sorry if it came across that way. For example, I love to eat, and I only eat a lot as I like three or four times a week, but the rest of my meals are low in calories and I do a lot of sports. I am healthy. In any case, I understand what you are saying and I share it. As I said, I don't promote bad eating, I just value her effort in something she has decided to share with us (sorry if something don't understand, I am spanish ☺️)

You can make them. Puff pastry with chicken and cranberry sauce with a lil. Make it like chicken pot pie but with pastry on top and bottom with cranberry and brie. Mmmmm

Resource used for a hobby and/or financial gain is not a waste. Woodwork is a waste, you're wasting trees. Painting is a waste, you're wasting oils and energy to create them. If you don't like waste, please turn off your computer, do not do anything you enjoy, go sleep in the woods under some leaves. Once you let your brain let go of the notion of food = starving children, and see it as a resource that it is, you'll understand. Until then, go sleep in the woods.

You don't know about fast metabolism? She eat like that just for the job e and her don't waste a thing. She is a tinny girl because her metabolism. People like thar don't get fat like normal people.

Other pro eaters with normal metabolism have rules for they normal food and workout. This people are pros they don't need to throw up. People who eat a lot and throw up are sick and have compulsive eating disorder. It's not her case. She is a pro and a competitive eater.

@@jotaperdoros9654 whether you have a so called fast or slow metabolism you still digest the same nutritional value from food, if you eat 2000 calories you digest 2000 calories they don't just disappear, if she genuinely passes this I feel sorry for her toilet.. she's clearly bulimic, it's a horrible mental illness but why hide and be ashamed by it??
