I typically avoid and despise 3D rendered home videos, but I really like the designs I always see from this channel. They are actually practical and easily possible to build and beautifully laid out.

Love the design, to capitalize on space a little more I'd turn the bathroom area into a closet and maybe make it a bit smaller. Then you take the area in front of the bedroom and bathroom doors and wall it off and make that the bathroom. Itll give you more space in the bedroom and you could move the bedroom door to the right side of the fireplace

I LOVE THIS HOUSE! guess what it's exactly what i was looking for. plan ordered! i wanted a modern 1 bdrm with an open floor plan except for the bedroom for under $50K. bingo! it's perfect.

great model for a couple, hey a question, this prices are for Philipines, right? is not included the land and the urbanization as electric energy conection, water, etc? another question, did you have any design for a home in rightly Art Decó of the 1930´s style? i mean high ceilings, balconies, metal and old decoration? would be a great video to see if you design a home like that, will be great if you put the posible price included, thansk a lot, cheers ;)

Basically speaking and/or to put it in another way,, the quoted estimated price is just the total price of the materials. So, if you built it yourself (that means, no labor fees), the total price of $16.5K remains the same. If you have to hire a contractor or builder to do the construction of the house, add approximately another $17k for labor costs (at Php 15,000 per sqm, or even more depending on the kind of finishing you choose). Add to that, the village construction and inspection permits, surveying, architect, and engineer fees, and the cost of the gate and fence around the property.

Can u talk about plumbing water and sewage electrical heating and air conditioning if any in these units

I always thought 5x12meters means 5x12 meters plot. design a building with a balance for space, light, air circulation, garden, car port (or not) within those 5x12m confined space. not 5x12m building size with unlimited plot size. in denser areas, you'd probably get 5 meters width facing the road, sandwiched between 2-3 floor neighbor house. I've also seen some design with 3x6 meters building size. with window on each sides of the wall. Problem is, -if I only have a 3m width plot, and there's another building on both sides, You can't have windows on both sides of the wall. -and if I have 4m width plot, rather than having 3m width building with both side's windows facing neighbor's wall with 50cm distance in which no light will reach. the window, I'll just maximize my building width to max width permitted and make the window on the length sides.

I love the idea of tiny homes, but they never seem to have enough storage for a real functioning home. I would love to see some creative ways to create some more storage space.

I see you're in the Philippines. What do you guys make your walls out of there? Is it concrete block? Honeycomb tile block? Poured concrete? Dimensional lumber and drywall?
