The hormone makes your pelvic ligaments looser and more flexible to give your baby room to grow and give you the chance to give birth. Drinking plenty of water, staying active, and eating high fiber foods can help keep you moving and prevent pain. I know you sitting a lot . Better to use the special seat cushion, and special pillow when you sleep . Did you ask the doctor about this problem ? Any body have that experience ??

She said it’s normal for pregnant women to have a lower back pain or even tailbone pain. If it gets too bad to take a break and relax. And it’s also ok to put some kind of pain relieving cream in that area 👍
You could name your baby and call her Genevieve if it is a girl because it is a beautiful name meaning God's blessing in French and it would suit the name of your baby or Christian if it is a boy because it means follower of Christ and it would also suit. What do you think.
